She does not quite move as she did before, squirming less, but she knows if she came through the water, her fingers would grow spiindly and terrifying and she would pull someone to their death with an ease that... focus. Focus. Oh my that smells good

The Gargoyle seems to stoop even when he sits before his own meal

"You have my sisters in the water... have you any other company here?"

"Rarely, someone wanders through and I save them before the servants of the Elderdark can seize them... a few Killmoulis tend here and there...private sorts"

"We would not.. no.. we would not wish the Great Dark. Shadow, aye. Your manor is lovely and appealing..."

The term Killmoulis might startle. That's supposed to be an extinct dream, kin to slugh

"It is a touch grim I am told, but I like it, thank you," Exile says

She touches her mouth. "Killmoulis.. I have heard of them, but not met. Cousins to... to sluagh.."

"Sluagh? Odd term. " He ponders "I remember them.. vaguely. Oh, when you came here you were one. Yes. Not lost they"

"No, not lost. Plentiful."

"Now, while we dine, tell me of yourselves. And how you became astray if you please" The Lord in Exile says

"Our Agnes fainted, we were taking her home."

"Only I'm not sure where home is" Agnes says "I seem a bit lost myself"

"Da'an" The Exile says "Da'an is at play here. How curious. I rather thought Da'an was giving me the cold shoulder"

"Aye. And I cannot see the weaving, tis inauspicious to look at oneself..."

"Wise" he nods

"Our friend needs aid... she has forgotten who she is." Zara says with no apparent irony.

"But who one was, or is or will be is only a matter of imagination" Lord Exile says "Da'an has a push, of course, but beyond that? Does it matter so?"

"She is needed..."

"Then I must clearly go" The Sidhe says

"Ah, you are all Seelie" The Exile nods

"For now. It is Summer yet."

"But this is a delightful sensation, so new..."

"Is it? Time" He says With a shrug

"Time. There is a cycle."

"Oh.. so it is there.. tell me, what season would you have it be?" he asks

"Fall." No hesitation.

He snaps his fingers... and they feel it is Autumn.

"So are killamous I'm told" The Exile sighs

"Tell me, Agnathe, what would you enjoy?" He asks the young woman

" A hunt" She admits, eyes flashing "A wild hunt"

"Nay, it was lost." She folds her hands over her heart.

"It was mine. Does it not please?"

"Ah, a hunt, would that I could go" The Exile says longingly

"You are trapped here?"

"That is my exile" Exile says "That and that I am to be known only as Exile. In a sense, I envy your fluidity, all of you."

Earl muses over this code "it is sad...and somber, and a touch..feral"

"Aye... change is how we survive."

"It makes so much sense now that's in my head" The sidhe noble says Truly wishing she could hunt some mortals, teach them respect for the land

The Gargoyle flaps his wings, he does think a good brood would be nice

"But we... ought..."

"We should enjoy this, aye."

And she takes a bit of the drowned meat, tearing into it with her teeth.
