Scrambling, Clem decides run she can't handle with this now.. .this ..this wasn't planned and ...

Hastily, she tries to slip over the man, but as the warmth of her body leaves his, he twists in his sleep. Her ankle tangles with his feet and she nearly falls off the loft.

"SHIT!" Barely catching herself from the fall, her body upside down and dangling.

Cadman stirs and twists, for a moment wondering where Clem went until he notices feet, and ankles and... now he cranes his neck and looks down at the rather well muscled backside of the dangling woman...her clothes on the barn floor below. "Mmm. Need a hand?"

"NOPE." Clem says blushing furiously, "I got this."

"You're sure? " Cadman watches , both mystified and amused.

"Happens all the time" She assures...then wonders why on EARTH she said that.

"Oh well..." He says after a moment to think about it, "It was still special to me."

"I meant the.. not the.." Clem is flummoxed. "I didn't mean I ... damnit Cadman, I'm not in the habit of tumbling in the hay with every tom, dick and harry that..." A sigh "YOu realize we walked right into a gift of pan on display? Right?"

"You mean the music that removes doubt and inhibitions and lets you follow your heart? Yes. I've heard of it" He smiles wolf grin, "And how amazing you were freed of your concerns. You were like a joyous breeze, and glad I was to breathe you in."

"I cannot tell you how inappropriate pretty poet talk is when a woman is hanging upside down by her ankles," Clem says, and begins to use that troll strength to curl and pull herself up.

A snerk from above her.

"You have a dirty mind!" Clem adds.

And the snerk becomes an unrepentant chuckle.

Clem wonders if it is possible to blush so hard that one pops? Certain seems she's in danger of finding out.

"When inspired, I suppose." He admires the way she moves. "Clem? I wouldn't think of accusing you of trying to slip out after a wonderful night of passion..."

"Good!" She catches the ledge with her hands and slides up rejoining him.

"BUT... " he smiles, "Wouldn't you rather talk?"

"Talk?" she says cautiously.

"Yes.. converse, the free exchange of feelings, ideas, and thoughts. It is said that even the stoic giants of myth sometimes engaged in it the morning after" Absolutely straight face.

"Have to introduce you to some of the Kings some time" She mutters, then in a clearer voice, clothes she's collected not worn but veiling parts of her now- and she's not sure WHY- she says "Fine. We can... talk."

"I enjoyed last night," He begins.

You damn well better have! she thinks but listens as he goes on.
