The loom and lacing together with her sister clicks and clatters along

Zara twists clever silken knots, turning thread to lace, enjoying companionable silence.

While that is pleasant, the sooth saying is tricker.. . "Not one, not two, but MORE than two gaps in the weave" the pooka frowns ..meaning , of course, the three factors that seem to askew things in their workings related to the raids

"The future is feline" She observes "Fetch" but the pattern reveals no more than what it did afore "See?" As i that proves her point

"Stubborn tapestry... hm... take my thread, aye? Let us work a net together..."

A nod and her own delicate fingers reach out to take it "I am Garfunkel to thy Simon"

"The Hall to my Oates." She works to spread the skein in a circle... seven rounds of thread...

"The Hutch to thy Starsky?" With her sister there as a second set of hands, Zara finds her work greatly expanded in breadth

"The Laverne to my Shirley..." the back and forth seems to add to the bunk, building a slightly unorthodox Omen.

"the Bullwinkle to my Rocky" A fond smile as the bunk increases

"The Laurel to my Hardy..."

And the seventh loop goes around as the moth pooka declares "Clyde to thy Bonnie"

Seventh circle, seventh pair... a tweak of glamour, and the vision of the mission forms...

And there it is...the cantrip finished, the mission revealed

"Charon rows a boat ashore" SHe observe, "But i cannot tell what hero or villain has change?"

"Aye..."

"There... a tower, crumbling in ruin..."

"Oh my" She gasps then ungasps, a gift some pooka have "This could mean only one... hundred or so things"

"One could be led to hope..."

"yes..." She says "I do not think it is all red, nor all read, "

"Well, we can cast what blessings we may..."

"Aye, we shall as Atropos to stay her hand for each jolly"

"May the thread be as steel..."

"Adam Ant Tium" She agrees

"Aye..."

A knocck at the door of the room where they are working

Zara rises to answer.

Emmit tips his hat and takes it off, "Couldn't help but feel a working, that was you two I hope? "

"Aye. An Omen."

"You are quite the spider to feel such a small shift" the moth seems surprised. She's only now learning how powerful Zara's mentor is himself

"Oh, I have the homefield advantae" He admits to her, "Helps. Though you two are mighty powerful, particularly when you work together. This hold ressponds well to family workings you see?"

"Logical, all considered..."

"Care to share the results or do you feel that will dim the magic?" He is not joking as he asks

A glance at Vashti, eyebrows lifted.

"Tis simple, milord, " She bows "The skeleton eaches out but we know not who pays the bill. Archeticture most phallic finds its endowments cast asunder. More than one mote in the eye roams and could change how the show looks but we are Shirley in the pryor"

Emmit winces "Pooka talk is fine if sometimes confusing, but please no 'lord' talk here, Vashti"

"Well... close enough. Charon will claim his due, a tower will fall - but who that passenger may be?" A fluid shrug.

"If it's only one I'll be surprised" He says grimly "Thank you, Ladies. I Appreciate the trust. Do either of you need to drink ffrom the fire a bit to restore yourselves?"

She shakes her head. "I am well. Sister?"

"Oh I have miles to go before I sleep" she waves it off

Emmit smiles "Always liked Frost." A look to Zara, "Oh, uhm. Zara, it's up to you, and some of the ladies are older than you by a dash or five, but there's a book club on the farm if you're interested"

"And your sister too, of course"

"Aye? A book club? That sounds rife with potential..."

Vashti looks intrigued

"Mostly ladies, not that bhe boys don't read, but women seem to have a habbit of making a bit to do about simple pleasures at times. Read or don't, no need to gush about it" One might wonder if he were poking just a bit

A sniff. "One should not be ashamed of one's pleasures."
