"I would have to talk to Mama and Papa... I mean, aye, I would be eighteen... but..." She squirms, her eyes dancing with delight.

"Of course," He says, not wanting to press and shatter the moment, the chance, "And I know you'll need to focus on your school most of all"

"Aye, aye... but then I could come home to thee..."

"It would not be so far from the city, ample opportunity for you to show your work..."

"Maybe we could even ask the Rovers if they know of trods near particular areas?"

"Aye. At the least, to Firnost. And from Firnost, the world..."

"Your artist" He strokes her hair with his free hand, "Your Earl somethingsomething DeBuke" And he tries to steal a kiss, and steal it might have to be if he's being saucy

"OH! Aye! Something something!" She sticks her tongue out at him. "Zebediah!"

"Is that what you think it is? mm it must be so" He shrugs "you got me"

"Japheth. Ham." A poke in the side.

He laughs "Hey this is new. Does having a secret enhance my sex appeal?"

"Oh, thou art a tease..." She tosses her hair. "And.. curses.. why must thou be such an appealing one? You taunt me, sir! Taunt!"

He delights, "Only a little. "

"Oh, and thus make me adore thee ever more. Devious." A dramatic hand on her chest. "Gevalt!"

"you faint, you pine?" trying not to laugh but his eyes dance

"I have no pearls to clutch! Aye-yi-ye..." She 'swoons' into his arms.

He catches her , "oh what a cad I am" A kiss, taken after she swooned? the fiend

She tweaks his nose and grins. "Cad."

A throaty laught as his nose is tweaked "I deserve that" though whether he means the tweak, the title cad, or both is unsure

"Mmm... I have ideas about what you deserve..." a sly smile.

A look left, right, "There are still.. blankets in the cave" he whispers

"Aye?" A sparkle.

"mm what would a cad do? Oh yes" with her still in his arms. He carries her off, seeking a very reliable way to stay warm

"My virtue!" And she laughs the whole way.

Some time later, yes, some enjoyable pleasant time later.... somewhere in a cave...

"Oh, I am being rewarded..." A kiss. "Though... love? You musn't tell Uncle Hirim. He will douse thee in russian dressing."

A groan "Now you know why I go by Earl"
