A lot of kissing "You need to get back to Goldfinch don't you?" the storm only now has a break so to speak

"I should..." A few more kisses.

"There's stuff going on." Another kiss. "Having a freehold meeting soon."

"mmm what about?" A kiss

"Been almost a year and a day. Need to...mmm...figure out what happens next."

"Oh.. the election" He remembers then "What if you lose?"

He doesn't mean it rudely it just..slips out

"Well, still have to work out if it's going to be an election, or if people want something else. I still think elections are the best way to go." A shrug. "And if I lose...I lose. I'll still be part of Goldfinch."

A nod "That's true, you've made it rise up and draw attention. Heck, some of the guys stream music made there now"

"Do they?" That gets a smile. "That's so cool. I'll let Piper know. That'll make her happy."

"Oh yeah, Zane showed us some of Piper's work, and then we got introduced to Linwood's music too. Not saying we're going to ask you to autograph our butts, but we love the stuff"

"Autograph butts?!" She laughs. "Heck of an image."

"Big blue billboards, most of us are trolls after all" HE takes her hand and then sighs a s he must do it one handed "Damn. Gotta get that new arm soon I hope. My patrols are cut down. Want me t ovisit you in my newly found wait time?"

She runs her free hand along his shoulder on the side where the arm is missing. "That'd be great. Do you have any plans about what you want it made from?"

"At this stage, It feels greedy to ask for another work of art" He frowns slightly

"Well, I think every time you have one made, some artisan's skill improves. But I'm wondering...what about one made of chimerical wood. Like...if it were grown into an arm shape?"

"I'm still kinda messing around with the idea in my head."

"Wood? I ..." A pause "Not sure, what if there are termites?"

She gives a little laugh. "Okay, yeah, with your luck...."

"Yeah, who loses three arms?" He shakes his head, then "Maybe something that has spikes that come out so it hurts the next creatre that eats it?"

"Um...it better not misfire when we're in bed...." A significant look.

Then a sudden blush at something.

A grin "I'm being SO good right now"

"I'm not going to tell you who asked me whether your next arm was going to have, um, attachments."

A blush "Who the.. " A cough " Right, not gonna tell me"

"So..." She smiles, still blushing.

"So..." A nod to continue

She shrugs and sighs again. "I should go. Escort me to the trod?"

"I..." A look "No time for... yeah.. " A pause "maybe I could go with you all the way? I'd have to ask the Chief bt he reduced my hours anyway"

She bites her lip, then says, "Well...we could make some time...?"

"And then, yes, come back with me?"

"Let's.. make sometime while i pack... could take up to an hour, i'm a ..sloppy packer" He pulls her to his room. Then adds "Also, with what happened with Thane Linnae And the Chief, no one is really nosing into OUR Business anymore'

"Oh, I'll help you figure out where to put things," she says with a wink as she squeezes his hand. Then more seriously, "I hope everybody's being kind. I think they make a wonderful couple."

"I've spread word out that i only need one hand to punch someone in the mouth if they disrespect my chief, and that floors need scrubbing around here.. and mops are better than toothbrushes" Firm nod "And they are... " He and she move on down "A good couple. In fact, I hope he can steal her away. Don't tell Nadeen"

"Well...it's not exactly a big distance between the two holds. Maybe he doesn't need to steal her, but it can be a form of alliance?"

"Well, sure, we've got an alliance, but she's fearless and as Storm I am not above stealing talent." He pulls her into his room with a smile "Came real close to getting Tig ..don't tell YOUR Chief"

"Hey! No poaching from Rivervale!" She pokes him in the ribs, then presses close. "You're trouble."

"You've never" He kisses her as the door closes and locks behind them "Been afraid of trouble" Another kiss, and while he may need some... 'help' one armed, they'll get by just fine
