"We're closed tonight, sending the staff home with pay, security staying." he reports back.

"I see." She frowns but nods, "I detest having to hole up like this, but for their safety as much as ours"

"For now. The fact she's here... is more disturbing. Measures might need to be taken."

CC accepts this, "A bit too close to family for my liking. "

"We can move the family, or the elf."

"The elf" without a moment of hesitation, "Definitely the elf. "

"I take it we both agree she doesn't get the prize she wants, regardless?"

A bared-tooth smile. "Agreed."

"Excellent" She nods and snorts "We've both dealt with unwelcome keeblers before, but I yield to your expertise. How do you want me to help?"
