"Someone who uses power drills but doesn't have quite the right one yet." her William says, reviewing his notes "New to the area, unestablished as yet...."

"Contemplating a fixer upper? "

He frowns, thinking "I don't know that we actually want one, no. Not looking to leave a trail, you know."

"True" She concedes "Yes, best to keep the 'needs' small. Should we get a busted power drill to authenticate the story? "

"Something very inferior, yes."

"Oo shopping for a broken drill could be oddly fun. " A grin

"Pawn and thrift shops." he suggests "We will still need some kind of viable project. We are new-arrived and settling in, considering home owning but for now in ... mmm... an apartment? And... building... some home, that is, apartment improvement. Which must be removable at the end of the lease."

"A tiny home we can take back with us? A trailer , high end?"

He ponders. "I... rather like the idea of a tiny home. We could be staying in a motel and working on the home. We'd need to have a rental that could haul it, and that wasn't, mm... extravagant."

"Might be rough living for a bit."

"I'm not as limber as I used to be," She admits, then arches a brow "Darn good my season though, thankyou, but I think we can make it work. I've roughed it before. Nothing a few weeks of spoiling me later won't help with"

"And I will look forward that." he assures her "Well then. I'll cancel the car at the airport and look again, as well as for a ... fixer-upper tiny home."

He chuckles sheepishly. "A failing, to be sure."

"Let's see, Gertrude, Ethel, I think you labeled me with Bertha once..." Amused "Have fun with it. I suspect sometimes you do it so I won't dawdle on the mission"

"Oh, terrible" She smiles "Let's go with that one"

"Have we done Abner?" She inquires "Because I'm thinking either Abner or Enos"
