Emerson is a waiter tonight. Waiter, bus boy, chef and bottlewasher. Easy to overlook, of course. Oh. And stagehand, too.

It
is Callidora who will be the target.... ah, focus... of attention.

CC mutters "it's neat how you blend in so well, sure you're not part piskie?" She, of course, dazzles, her dress catching every stray ray of soft light

"Years of practice, Dearest. Be on guard, and do not hesitate to remove yourself if it falls apart. Promise?"

"Unfortnately, thanks to your minions seeing your name on the check, if I don't run they may abduct me before the GUEST Can"

"I'll take that as a Yes, then." He kisses her once, sweetly "Alright. Places. 5 minutes to curtain."

She returns the kiss, and then huries off

And he checks the kitchen one last time; everything ready, the room empty..... the house? Prepared in every way he could imagine and with security only a shout away, well hidden.... so.... he straightens his bow tie and goes to wait by the door for a knock....

And a knock comes in, he recognizes the man, the valet/muscle. Acting as guard

He unlocks the door and opens it, keeping his eyes down deferentially. "Welcome, gentlemen. May I take your coats?"

"That will be most welcome, oui" the fellow behind the Valet says

Keeping his eye down, he moves to do so.

Removing coats, he notes the vampire looks flush, feels warm. Warmer than he was in the cameras. How does he do it? How does he faking being 'alive' . why he's even breathing

He takes the coats to the coat room, frankly less concerned with why the vampire is warm and breathing, and more concerned with that state of affairs ending.

A good plan "I understand Maestra Coradella will be singing for me personally, and that is welcome"

"May I show you to your table, gentlemen?"

"But of course" the man says, the valet not speaking as it is not his place to "But my valet eats and drinks light. "

The waiter shows them to the table, and offers the menu and wine list ".... specially created for tonight."

"Oh this is lovely. I swear who ever made this selection has the soul of a Belgian"

"I'll be sure to pass it along, sir."

They take their seats

OOC ENTIRELY up to her.

CC comes out towards the table, a vision, "Ah, my admirer"

He'll take the orders and is off to the kitchen and the bar, then back; he takes care not to return TOO quickly, despite his own special powers. No need to let them suspect....

He wants to time this just so

His timing, perfect, and he not only covers in his role, he is so bland and bacckground he actually sets the Valet at ease. And yes, the man takes one glass of wine which Emerson has time to... tinker with

Except that, in a moment of consideration, he's taken care to doctor (if you will) the glasses of both men. Callidora never takes a drink before a show; bad for the vocal cords, you know.

He has suspicions about who is the vampire and who the servant; try misdirection on -him-??

They both drink, of course, CC apologizes for her lack of partaking "I assure you, after the show..."

"Oh say no mroe, a voice is a weapon" A smile

The waiter glides away to get the amuse bouche.

He decided to go with the tactic that has served him so well; a little bit of this, a little of that... nothing toxic by itself but a combination of things in the right order, with the right timing... taking temperature and other variable into consideration.... first a gentle euphoria, then relaxation, then.... sleep.

the guest and his valet partake, the valet savors and looks..curious for a moment

then, CC rises "That does smell and look SO good. You'll forgiv e if I... sing for my supper?" So demure

The waiters makes a bow and glides away almost silently to prepare the next course coming out of the kitchen.

And she distracts any suspicion about odd flavoring as she goes out to sing

"Amazing woman" The guest says

The amuse bouche is followed by an elegant shrimp cocktail, then a salad of delicate baby geens with a light dressing.

The Guest enjoys it with gusto

CC starts to sing, as always, she's breathtaking, her renditions of music riviting

THe Song is alluring, fantastic, and full of passion, and as agreed, CC sings for Emerson, adding even more fire to the mix... at least, at first she does. Then, suddenly, her eyes turn to their guests, and she seems to be filled with adoration, and not for him

He brings forth the entree..... Beef Wellington, blue under that pastry skin, and a curious, superior merlot. Glazed carrots and such, too.

Worse, his social skills hint that she's really drawn to another, lust he's used to, but this iss unnerving

And, her love appears to be for the Valet?
