He peeks in, cautiously; she might be speaking literally?

Not quite, just carefully touching up eye liner "Oh hey, I Know, I'll be working all night"

"It -is- busy out there." he agrees, coming in.

"Dearest, there's a young lady out there with her family. I'll get what information I can, but I thought you should be aware; she's in need of Rescue. I'm betting sluagh. We can't do anything just at the moment but...."

"A sluagh? In need of rescue?" She almost brushes herself in the eye but catches herself

"She will be a sluagh, I think. Halfway there already, a sullen teenager." He chuckles. "We'll discover when and where we might bring her fully into her Dream Dance and aid her to do so. If we do anything now, the entire club will Glow."

A nod "Chat them up a bit if you can, we'll have their credit card number I imagine... that can lead to finding out how to find her. So, I am guessing adoption is out" Wryly

He's nodding up to the point of adoption; then he looks startled.

"Adoption? You mean you want to keep her?"

"It was a joke dear. I know how you feel about youngters.." Then she raises a brow "Wait, are you wanting to foster her?"

"Heavens, no. That said, she will need -someone- to foster her."

"Who do you suggest we tell?"

"She does have an entire mortal family; they'll notice if she vanishes. Someone local, then. Or who can -be- local."

"Kitten travels... and sluagh stick together"

"Mm." he nods agreement "I'd thought of her first. She -does- have roots in that noble holding, though...."

"Firnos is possible but ..unreliable. Mmm well, whatever we decide" She finishes up her face, "I think I'll have some quieter songs played for the next half hour, give the poor dear's ears a break"

"She won't know why, but she'll feel better for it." he agrees "Her grandfather might be someone to sing to."

"mm possibly a kinnian in there too. She turns "How do I look? " her lashes are crafted to draw attention to her dark eyes, the lips touched up just enough to make a man imagine what they could do

He breaks into a sly smile. "The thoughts you do bring to mind, Dearest." he ambles over and brushes her hair back. "You are stunning."

"Flattery and a business partnership will buy you a lot" A pleased look "Well, lover, I'd be happy to make your imaginings come true, but ... I have to get on stage"

"After, perhaps." he agrees "May I walk you out?"

"Please do" She smiles

And he does.

It's like escorting a star back to the heavens

His hands might wander just a bit before she makes it on stage.... And then back out to the floor! It's still a busy night.

So it is!

As she sings soft and low... Prue looks relieved... while granndpa admires

He bustles; although he's not able to use his Kith's benefit around all these others, he is still able to get quite a bit done at the same time.

Something to be said for expertise

And soon he's gathering info on their last name, where they live, etc

Easy enough to do, after all. People leave little clues laying out all over the place, and he's got the credit card info.

Quite, an hour and 15 minutes later, they've departed, stuffed and full

Emerson makes a point of serving that table, in fact, and ensures it!

Good tip for a family not so well to do.

And, two hours after that, the club finally closes, with clean up staff livin up to their name

CC almost glows with glamour, the adoration of others making her thrive

And her happiness makes his shriveled black heart happy. He also checks up on Sadie.

Sadie has returned and fills him in "They checked me out, my blood pressure was.. up there. Other signs of sttres, slight bruise"

"Good to hear. Now, you hang onto that paperwork, mm? Just in case. And you are certain you don't wish police involvement?"

"I'm sure, sir. I'll be okay. I just wanted protectionn from legal troubles, and we've got that now"

Xander looks up "Want me to escort her home?"

"Sadie?" an eyebrow with the question; does -she- want an escort? And... does Xander suit her?

"Thank you, that would be nice"

Well she's shaken but recovered, she doesn't see Xander as a threat to her

As a mattter of fact, while she rrealizes it's not the best way to pick a guy, Sadie IS considering Xander more in a romantic light since he rescued her. She liked him before anyway. Xander has checked her out, and finds her attractive and cool enough.. .so the interest is purely speculative, at least at this point

No sense in pushing it. he observes to himself, and gives them a nod "Off you go then."

He collects up his information about the family of the soon-to-be-sluagh and heads off to confer with Callidora.
