"Okay," CC says from the shower, still purring at the greeting she was given, "Now that I can stand up straight again.." A chuckle "What are the details on that little mission? You said Brenda's a natural, the hold is in pandemnium, and the Namer is dead, adam is avenged"

"She is, it is, he is, and who cares?" her Love Kracken laughs from behind her where he suds her up.

A chuckle "Well, clearly Brenda cared. So details man, details, and don't spare the lather"

He continues, sparing no details OR lather.

At the end of it, she is.. stunned, not just by the success, but... "You let her go?"

No judgement, just surprise

"Yes."

"I dislike wasting a good operative."

"If you dislike wasting a good operative, why did you let her go?" Curious "Must have been hard for you"

He pauses. "She is a good operative. So she should continue." he clarifies "Even if... well, I do not have involvement."

"Ah... oh!" CC realizes "you mean... you wanted her ..under you, pardon the inescapble innuendo but let THAT go"

He chuckles, still holding her. "She was willing. I... declined. From a position of strength!" he points out "I no longer organize others in any real way. So."

"That was INCREDIBLY gallant of you" She kisses him

He enjoys the kiss, but responds (after) "It was no such thing. Now, let's get you rinsed...."

Rinsing she still commennts "So you want to drop her hints of OTHER ..folks in the biz?"

"Yes. But I won't."

He is scrubbing up.

And, for that matter, down.

A giggle "Careful, you'll start something .again"

"Oh, no." with amusement "Not that."

EVENTUALLY, they rinse off and dry up... "Okay.. do you want me to make some introductions sereptiously?"

As he pulls on clothes "Dearest, that is up to you."

She nods "Okay. We'll see." A nod "What of Raze?"

"If he's smart, he'll vanish till he has a mastery. If not....."

"If not, well..." She sighs "A loss, but back to square one there"

"A redcap that wishes mastery of Naming? Careful there, that's a high-level intrigue."

"In my most ... involved days, it would have been a challenge."

"Still will for others. Maybe I'll throw some 'false sightings' rumors in far off locations for him"

"Dearest, that is up to you, and I support you entirely." he speaks firmly.

"I understand," She nods, "In the mean time, we've.. celebrated one way , how about some cooking, fine food, a bit of wine? "

"Have you worked up an appetite?" he smirks.

"One sated, for now, the otherr.. oh yes, quite famished" A wink then "And you know how I feel about eating alone since I met you."

He chuffs. "If you chose, you would have no dearth of dining partners."

"What can I say? I'm picky and spoiled. Only want the best. That's you"
