I suppose he's right, most real estate agents can be shameless in how they present the properties. It's like a high priced madame introducing the girls. "Well, he is still NEW to the world of investing, and he doesn't have our eye for scam artists... I worry" She looks sheepish.

"He has a good manager." Calmly. "And, as far as I can tell, good financial advisors. And he has the Club.....after."
