The day after Smahain, CC and EBG return, "Well, that was vexing. You got your revenge, clearly, the circle conspiritors will no longer be a threat to any of us and our secrets are safe.... but as the last round of it happened on Samhain, no one remembers a damn thing" CC wrinkles her nose, "If I didnt know better, I'd swear Da'an had painted itself into a loop and then took the cheap way out."

The boggan had gotten positively -cranky- over the past few weeks, frustrated and angry; his target, of course, for this was their opponents but that doesn't mean a bit of it didn't slop out onto his companions. Understandable, of course, but still not pleasant.

He takes a deep breath as they enter the Club, and he immediately begins prowling around looking for things that aren't ... perfect. That is, done the way -he- would have done them. William is muttering and complaining to himself as he finds things. He's getting progressively into a foul mood, and his blood pressure must be sky-high.

"Look, Prince lived. One got himSELF Killed.. I think, freeing us from Samhain's backlash, another is framed and.. oh point is they're all dealt with, no point in getting your blood pressure up sweety."

Oh the assistant manager made some 'changes' and tried something new on the menu? A rib plate? Times with the MC Rib? Did he give approval for that?

And why are the trays improperly (Not the he wanted them) stacked?!!

Yeah, he's gonna blow....

CC starts making hints, subtle, like 'take 15 NOW' to any staff around who aren't essential. Thank goodness the club isnt' open

"A -rib- plate...." darkly ".... because no -other- food service joint in Kansas-fucking-city has -RIBS-.... That will -absolutely- set us apart!"

She may not be able to save everyone, but she can save a few. But not Dennis. Dennis has been slacking lately AND not great at his job. He can kill Dennis.

"Maybe the idea was that ours are the best? Or just to recognize the heritage of our city?" She opines reasonably

"Or I could just jam them up the assistant manager's ass." Just as reasonably.

"Perhaps merely gift our ribs to a homeleess shelter as a tax write off instead? Seems more productive." C C advises.

Dennis walks by tapping on his smart phone.

William reaches out, grabs the phone, and throws it out the door. "Fetch. And don't come back, you're fired." He snaps.

"Hey" Dennis chases after his beloved phone

"My tweets"

CC smirks at that. She can't help it

William slams the door behind him and wrenches the lock shut, then keeps stalking around.

New glass ware? There better be a ...mmm ...designer glass ware with the names of famous Jazz and Blues Singers etched in expertly.

He scowls at them. "Callidora, what do you think of these?"

She looks them over, "They're..lovely. Seem close enough to period style not to throw out, and oh Fitzgerald" She takes another "Martin" An arched brow "And in such loveely script. Bertand you think?"

A growl that might be agreement. "We'll keep them."

"Sounds good. Should we check to see how Caesar is doing in the hold? or did you want to break out the white gloves and bullwhip here?"

"I suspect you want to see Caesar." He admits, more gracefully. "Let's go check."

She kisses Bill, "You're so good to me." then opens the pathway to the hold . It's like stepping into a mirror, the club inverted.

He follows.

No less than five attractive women ,eac one a beauty, are enchanted in the hold. Two are dressed in French maid outfits. One is in a harem girl outfit curled about Caesar's left leg happily. Another bouncesabout in a school girl outfit with Doggy ear designs. The last is dancing on a table in a very patriotic red white and blue outfit meant to parody a Sailor's uniform. Caesar looks up from his chair, "Bill,Mom... you're back."

cc whisprs to Bill, "me thinks Samhain got the best of my son and he's stuck in winter right now"

Bill wipes his hand down his face.

"All so lovely, son" She says "Just a guess, seeing as it's that ahrd to find that many natural 8s and up in Kansas City... Metamorphosis?"

Caear nods, "You told me to practice. " he strokes the harem girl, "Wilma here is 48 years old." //"I am" Wilma sighs happily, "But look at me now?"

CC smirks, "oh setting the movement back" she mutters low then "Son, We don't have room for five mortals in here over extended periods of time. Care and feeding alone will cost our overhead"

The boggan goes around to the mirror-bar, and starts mixing.

"I can afford it mom," He looks over at Bill "Tell her, I don't mind"

As Bill mixes drinks, if he kens about, he can tell the cantrips are physical. It would appear none of the ladies is filled with false emotion or the like

"Can you support them at your house?" William asks. "Our concern is the 'Fire, I believe."

"Well, the cantripslast near forever here, they'll revert faster if I take them home. But... yes, I suppose, the hold belongs to you two."

"Besides," CC says "I'm guessing these re the single mothers of your little Caesarinos? they mighht miss their moms"

Some of the ladies get guilty looks. Not all though

The school girl says "He paid for nannies to take them to Disneyland"

"It's the Mary Poppinspackage" He sips

William brings a tray of martinis over; three glasses. "The fact remains, your fans need their mothers."

"I suppose. I just have easiere access with them here. Can I keep the maids here? " He gestures to the two identical twins "Sonya " He poits to the onee on the left "Doesnt' have any kids. I just took her from some needle dick who enjjoyed beating her."

"And her sister?" CC says

"Oh," the other chimes offering to take the tray away once the drinks are off it, "i'm not her sister. I'm Sandy. Sonya's mother. You would not believe hwo much I weighed before Caesar gave m this whamfast magic thing" A grin "Anyway, I'm just glad my daughter's safe from that asshole.. Been trying to help her for a year. "

CC glances at the two identiacal maids, neitherlooking muh older than twenty, then back to Caesar "you turned a motner and daughteri nto idnetical twins? Really Caesar. You know we satyrs are considered Tawdry enough by some"

"Hmmm." Thoughtfully, regarding the ladies in question.

"Come on, I am hardly the only guy in the world, Satyr or not, who enjoys the idea of identical twins. This is manshaming" He tisks at his mom.

"Mansham..that is not a thing, and if it is, it's justified" CC taps a hoof, then looks at Bill noticing his thoughtful look, "Bill? You''re thinking something" Not unkindly. She's just curious.

"Mmm? Oh, nothing. Listening to the discussion." He looks away from the 'twins.'
