"Just the lady I wanted to see," The sidhe greets CC as she comes into view.

"Music to any performer's ears," CC says, "Yes, I'm CC, this is my club."

"And hold," the woman looks towards the wall where the mirror door lingers, "We had not heard of that."

"Forgive," CC says sliding to join her, "But who is we?"

"My apologies," She says, and lowers her voice, "I am Dame Veranda Silverlight, ap Ailil. I represent my liege, Baron Doinchar ap Eiluned. Rumor had it your skills are among the best at song and show, and... we hoped to entice you to perform for our Beltaine celebration."

"How flattering," CC says, "Where would this be?"

"Forest Flats, the barony of, a part of Cleveland..."

"Ohio," CC says, "Well, I thought with the Rock and Roll Hall of fame there tastes would run to Rolling Stones and Drew Carey," She steeples her fingers

"We're trying to bring out a touch of class, of more elegant appearance, and you appear to have that in spades," Veranda says, "It can be a challenge to woo people from some expectations, particularly the younger ones. I would understand if you were skittish..."

CC gives a low chuckle at the skittish term, but Emerson can tell she knows she's been prodded.

CC considers, "I am so flattered...I'll need time to think on it."

"Of course," The Ailil smiles then tisks, "But I am on a rather hasty schedule, my fault entirely. I would need to know by tomorrow. "

"Well, return to me then," CC says, "I can make time to at least let you know my answer..do you require anything? I know how frail your kith can be. I'm afraid the hold is smaller than it appears, and we would have to bed you with a rather large ogress but if you are running low. I'm sure she wouldn't mind."

"No, no thank you," The Ailil starts just for a moment, "I have a hotel, the Arms."

"Oh, that's a good one," CC replies "Forgive me, I have another performance. " A look to the bartender, "A drink on the house for this fine lady."

"Long Island Tea then, and thank you."

CC nods and sways off to go back stage

..... leave the office and visit the kitchen, sending a server out to the bar before he returns to the office.

The server is attentive, and probably clueless of anything 'extra' she brings to the lady. Innocent looking girl in her way, guileless, which makes her ideal for when guile is used.

And yes, the Ailil checks her texts, drinks it, and when she is done, rises to go.
