She looks up, surprised. Who else would be all the way out here?

Her mother, "Oh.. hello"

"What are you doing so far out alone?" She mmmphs

A huff. "Do I have to be doing something?"

"Well, given we're both fledges, it's always good to have back up," She arches a brow, "Any reason you're in a huff?"

"I'm a fledge, not a child. I didn't feel like sitting around in a box for lessons. Soon we won't be fledges anymore, either."

"Plus... it's a lovely day. Isn't it nicer out here than inside?"

"Certainly better than hearing yuour father explain why I'm wrong. Wait, did he begin to lecture you as if he was the smartest man in the room? He's been doing that lately..." A blush "Which is, to be honest, one reason I came out here myself. I love him, but lately he's been a bit tedious"

"No, but the 'I'm sexier then thou' twins wanted to escort me." She rolls her eyes. "I mean, they're nice enough to look at. Strong fighters, too. I doubt either of them could catch me though." A toss of her mane, and she looks thoughtful about it for a moment. "No, I don't think so."

"Made a play for you did they? " A mmph "And without some magical speed cantrip, no they couldn't. If you feel hassled by them let know, I'll discourage them"

"No, but they look." She considers this. "I don't mind it, I think. I am not sure I am interested. I am certainly not looking for children." A glance at the sky.

"Somehow I doubt they are either..." a snort
