"It's peas and carrots that made me strong enough to catch buildings," Superman tells Valr and flexes his arm, "And if it makes your moms happy, all the better."

Valr nods, awestruck, and eats his veggies with enthusiasm after his period of veggie snobbery. Superman nods approvingly, "Brave fellow, Valr. Remember, there's good inside every food if you only know where to look." He whirls his cape and leaves the boy to eat.

Once out of sight , 'Superman' turns back to Jonas, dropping his metamorphosis Cantrip and feeling vaguely guilty, but desperate fathers will try desperate things!
