Misteer King ain't telling anyone, but his two stores are barely keeping up with costs, and Tove's cut down on her music and crafts to watch CJ so while they're not hurting, they're holding. Dagmar don'tr know because she's not been focused and they don't want to add to her misery. Trolls, I swear, they couldn't as kfor help if you held a chainsaw to their head. Anyway... rent there if you MUST rent somewhere, they'll charge you HALF what you'd pay anywhere else, and you'd have your best friend two stores up."

He looks intrigued, then shakes his head. "No, Dagmar might get sick of me if I'm around 24/7. PLus, they have a baby in the house. Have you heard the octaves CJ can hit?"

"I think we're going to keep the place out by Rutgers, so it's only summer I need a place. Maybe I can do a short rental somewhere."

"Oh for fuck... " He says "Dude, I'll move back to the He Hut. It's good. You can either see if you can get Cleo to swap with you, or you can be an Attic Sluagh for awhile"

"Or try the kings thing anyway... use the storm cellar exit and you can avoid Dagmar entirely some days" He advises "But why... oh" A thought "They DO give disccounts to Kithain at the Appartment complex. Maybe they got a nice boiler room in some dank corner there?"

Now Symon has been in the apartments, a bit loud and rowdy there at parts, but there IS a boiler room and probably a basement or two there too. And the rent would be cheaper

"Maybe. I don't think I can decide right now. I'm a dead slug walking. I'll just crash on the couch for now."

"It's just for the summer, after all."

"Well, shower first, you smell like a dock at lowtide "

A silent snicker. "Yeah, I do, don't I?"

"Yeah, worse than usual" A snort "You wanna talk to mom before you shower and hit bed?"

"And do you want some of that food in the green lid?"

"Later. I'm tired. You can tell her if you want. Just... I don't want my business broadcast across town, you know?"

Dirk rolls his eyes "Yeah, the world must never know of your new mucas collection" And off he goes

Symon? Symon cleans up, and finds a couch to flop on
