Siv's return from her visit with her sister, where she just got the news of her mom and dad retiring...

so she returns to her appartment, and ... her face falls, and she collapses on the sofa

2. Move to California? Pros, near V&V. Also lovely. Pacifica Fiona Central and Satyr friendly. Great music scene for Piper, good seas for yours truly. Cons: Living near V&V has its down side. Piper may face opposition or fear from Jude's people. Leaves Kerri high and dry. Expensive as Fuck

3. Move to Fenix area? Pros : Near sis. Big Ocean there too. Cheaper prices. Danger and Adventure. Cons: Sister might cry. Kind of dangerous for kids. See above about deserting Kerri

She pauses her writing and looks over what she's gotten down.

4. Stay in Rivervale... Pros: It's what I know. Aunt Kerri will need help for transition. Dagmar too maybe. We have friends here. Goldfinch is special to Piper. Cons: Who am I here really? No liege. No role. No purpose. Mountain assistant? That will just remind me da is gone. Piper freezes up here. NEITHER set of grandparents will be here. Sea has to be teleported to.

A sigh, and she sings "Father Mountain, mother Storm" Neither applies anymore, the song is.. almost painful to try. She loves Aunt Kerri, and Uncle Olgar. They'll do great. And Dagmar , when she becomes Storm , will be a legend.
