It isn't often that a sidhe comes to the 'barn' aka the Ironhawk house aka 'the other King's residence', but there is one. A Gwydion for her colors are proud and open. "is Dame Dagmar Hammerstrike here, please?"

Tove blinks "A moment, I'll check, ah Baroness?"

"Oh yes, Baroness Nerys Stronghowl, " She says "But as I am intruding on your domain, I shall abide whatever title use you prefer or lack of same"

Tove is fairly certain Dagmar is up in her room!

A moment later, There is a knock at Dagmar's bedroom door.

Music playing, but.. "Yeah?"

Her mom's voice says "There's a woman here to see you. A ..sidhe, of house Gwydion. She hopes you have time?"

A moment, then the door opens. "Huh?"

"Baroness Nerys Stronghowl" She says

A puzzled look. "Baroness?"

"She didn't make fuss over her title actually. Do you know her?"

She runs her hands over her hair and tugs on her shirt. "I don't know her."

"Odd. I don't think she's mad or anything. Indeed, she seems rather personable for a sidhe gwydion"

"Huh. Do I look presentable?"

"You know what, I'll throw on the good tunic. Can you tell her I'll be right down?"

"I will" She nods "We'll be at the table. I'll feed her. JUst feels wrong not to"

A quick hug. "Thanks, mom! I'll be quick!"

hug back "Okay" And she goes down stairs while her daughter gets the tunic of her choice on

There's only a minor mad dash - splash water on face, good tunic, nice scarf to cover frizzing hair... should she put on her armor? No. But she has the bracer.

Ready for trouble, but presentable as well, the knight makes her way down to the dining area. And there is the sidhe enjoying a pasta dish. The sidhe is, lovely, of course. A young grump..err grand dame, must have been a wilder until recently. She is dressed in green and gold, the falcon proudly displayed

When she sees Dame Dagmar, she rises from her chair "Dame Dagmar? So delighted to see you"

Dagmar, too, is in green and gold (the "good" tunic has falcons embroidered around the neckline). "Ah, hi. Your Ladyship."

"Oh, my manners. I'm Baroness Nerys Stronghowl, please, call me Nerys. I'm here on behalf of the People's voice. Please, would you like to talk over this fine meal your mtoher made, or somewhere else?"

Brow furrow. "The People's Voice?"

"We're a small faction with in the House Gwydion" She says, "One often ignored or snubbed by the larger traditionalists among we falcons, but we WILL be heard. You see, we of the People's Voice The People’s Voice actively encourage discouse between nobles and commoners. More access to noble holds for the untitled. More time to hear their complaints and dreams. And, eventually, we hope to shift closer to a constitutional monarchy. "

Brow raising. "Okay... I... I'm gonna get a plate. You have everything you need? Wine?"

"Your mother has been most generous" She assures

"She is! Tove's amazing."

Dagmar gets herself set for dinner, even if she's looking a bit nonplussed.

It is delicious, of course, and the Baroness notes the look "I have caught you off guard, I fear. Please, ask any questions you have"

"Why are you here though?" Bluntly.

"Oh" The Gwydion laughs softly "Of course. I apologize. I suppose I must look like i crashed into your home just to say hello. No no. I am here to recruit you to our cause"

Blink.

"...Me?"

"Oh yes. If you agree with our view anyway. If you think Commoners deserve a greater voice, then you might want to join us. You have become something of a name. Trained by a Gwydion who prefers to honor trollish heritage. Friends with many commoners, yet also interacting with nobles who won worth by deed as much or more than blood. You are... well, of interest"

"Okay, listen, you don't need me to get the Chief on board. But I can help? When she's back from Alaska, at least, but she'd be perfect, for sure..."

It's Nerys' turn to be nonplussed "Pardon?"

"The Chief?"

"Baroness Brekke? Shacklebreaker?"

"Oh, I know of her, of course, but.. I wasn't here to see her. I was here to recruit you" She explains

A slight frown.

"Understand, I respect the Chieftain. She is a legend, but I wouldn't want you to feel I visited you only to put pressure on your liege to join us. I really did hope you would consider adding your voice to our causes. Did I misread your political views?"

"I... I don't think I have political views?"

"I'm not... I serve Rivervale, of course. Chief is my liege, so that means I answer up the chain, but I don't really... I haven't done politics."

"You want me to kick some fascist heiny from here to Sunday, I'm there..."

"You're an example. And...well, forgive me for this, but the more fame you gather, the more glory, the more politics will come to you. I think we happen to be a better fit for you"

"...right..." A sideways glance at Tove. ("What do I do?")

Tove offers a refill on the drinks "Here" And gives her daughter a calm look ("Ask more questions,let her talk. See what you think, and then?") A shrug ("Tell her thanks and you will think it over. No harm") A suggestion, no ore

"Thank you, Mrs King. You're most kind." Nerys is polite to be sure, then she turns to Dagmar "You'd surely not fit the Beltaine Blade, though my dislike for them shows"
