Siv jumps out of her skin "Damn it, Symon"

Piper is away, Jonas is off patrolling, and Symon is.. ye gods, hanging outside her window.

He mouths something, unheard through the glass.

"Yes, I've read the Watchtower, it didn't do it for me" She's not afraid, but she can be startled and he startled her. She opens the window "Try again?"

"Sorry. That Raccoon pooka was roaming the halls looking bored, and I didn't want to get in her way. And if I texted you, and you were busy and saw it later, you'd get all bothered that you didn't get the message in time... miss Zara needs our help."

"Okay, I'm not THAT needy I.. wait, Zara needs help? This about the prison thing?" SHe motions him to come in

"No. Can we get over to them, fast?"

He slips in through the window easily.

"Someone kidnapped a fledge for ransom. Her sister."

Siv moves quickly to her arms and armor "Yes. Let me get dressed. Do you know where her sister was taken from?"

"Scarsdale. It's close, so I didn't really need a quick travel, but... you know me. I'm no fighter. I don't want to go into this blind."

"And Dagmar's off with Piper" She has been told and .. told why. If it helps Dagmar to help another woh was fostered, so be it. She gets dressed as she talks, back to Symon "Scarsdale's got water near it, I can get us real close . You want a disguise on top of things?"

"Dagmar is off with Piper, but also, Dagmar isn't... subtle. You are. I wanted you." He says, bluntly enough. "And this is family stuff. She' might get upset and want to smash them before Zara got her licks in."

A surprised brow as buckles are put on, "Well, thank you. Ah, you're right. Dagmar's smart, but she does not believe in delayed justice even when it might be needed. I'll follow your lead in this, subtle I might be but i never try to outsneak a sluagh. My blade is yours for this though. And I'll not let any harm come to you if I can help it. Dagmar would be so pissed if I did." A smile

"You think that's bad? If I led you into a trap, Jonas would hold me down while Piper kicked me to death. She's small, but those hooves are sharp, and not having troll-strength would just mean it took longer to die."

Has... has he actually worked through all these scenarios in his head?

"Don't tell me about Piper's sharp hooves. I've slept with her when she forgot to file the edges down, love her, but sometimes ouch" A smile though "Okay, your praise of my loves battle prowess pleases me" She is dressed, armed and armored. She grabs her bottle 'I best text Kassidy that our classes are delayed a bit. anything else we need to do or bring?"

He considers. "Can we stop to pick up a Time magazine? Should be able to get one along the way."

"Or if you know if someone has one. An older copy would be better, in fact."

"Actually" She says and goes into their bathroom "Ah ha!" She holds out one "Bathroom reading material. Jonas is weird. sue me"

He checks , then rifles through the magazine rack, and takes an issue from May. "Perfect". It shows Elon Musk on the cover, holding a birdcage with twitter icons trapped within.

"I'm ready."

"Okay. Explain that to me when and if you like" they head out, and wander the halls.

"Don't even think about it, Rikki" she says to a corner which Symon also noticed

"I need it for a bunk."

"AH, " Siv nods

He says nothing else until they're alone.

Pointy furry ears are snooping.

Rikki tries to look angelic, and fails. They get out and she drives him to a body of water, pool is a bit small, and opens the bottle... as always, the Narwhal pours out like a genie in ship form and settles, the plank coming down "After you"

Symon and she clamber aboard and Siv calls out their destination, the ship plunges and symon has that weird lurch in his stomach, that flips again and they break through the water
