And Dagmar manages to snap the car further in, so the other car recklessly goes on past

"Grrrrrr" ("That damn idiot should have his ass kicked!")

Her father looks over at her "you okay?"

"What a jerk." Grumbling.

"Yeah" A nod "Afraid you have to get used to that. Good news is, as a New Jersey girl, you can yell at them to go back to new York"

Snort.

He looks at where the truck is, then he says "Good." ("You handled that remarkably well. I am truly impressed with this mix of sound judgement and quick reflexes, Daughter")

The corner of her mouth quirks. ("Thank you Father, I appreciate your guidance and praise.")

She pushes the window button. "Hey Tiff."

(After it rolls down)

"Hey... word on the street is this Bel tang somebody is getting a special parking space all her own. True?" Wag

"Uh. Yeah. There's.. like... a thing."

"It's an honor the Chief wishes to bestow yes." Her dad says ("Because my daughter is the best daughter in the Universe and it is good others now see this")

Tiffany looks tickled, then asks "So do I need to bring anything? A casserole? a yule gift?"

"Oh. Uh - is that a normal thing?"

She shrugs "Search me. Should I ask Kearh Herri?"

"She would know" Jaymes says after thinking it over , and lifts a brow ("Of course, I am all for due tribute to my daughter in this moment of glory")

"Kerri would know." Reassured by the solidity of the universe embedded in that statement

"Because, we're going to try getting on the interstate"

He offers to switch to the driver's seat

"I can do it."

He nods "Then we pull out, and go about a mile, you'll see an entry ramp to the right"

Grim faced but determined, Dagmar drives.
