Rikki watches her go "Piper needs to lay her more often. She's tense" And wipes her brow trolls are nuts

"Hello, litle one" He sounds kind of sad

A little furrow. "It's good to see you. How are things?"

"Neera has gone on. I told her she was but a pebble, but how can one talk to a krofted when her mind is made up?"

"Oh! It sucks when people leave..."

"Where did she go?"

"She did omens... and wanted to go to a land of shining air or some such" he shakes his head "I do not understand, the Parasome are chatter boxes. Why would she go to a place named for them?"

"I don't know. But... like, everybody wants to go new places right now." Sigh.

"Mmm I am not the only one troubled, I see" He sits down and offers his lap, one of the few non trolls who can do that "Who has left you, little thunder?"

She takes the seat. 'Sylvi and Nadeen."

"Ah, I liked them both. nadeen knew of the old lore, and Sylvi was ever kind," A deep rumble "Though Nadeen's dislike of the whispering one was not flatering her, a flaw is in every gem I suppose. And Sylvi was always polishing herself to a fine shine, but.. yes, good folk. " A grumble "Too fast, too fast, things change too fast"

"Right, exactly."

"I don't want things to change. I like it here."

"I do too. Maybe we should show others how one can be very happy staying still and others will learn?" he scratches his stone head

"I don't know if that will work."

"I feel like I'm wrong, somehow, for not wanting to go..."

"Nooo noo not wrong at all" he says "You have found your place of joy- why should you leave it if you do not have to? All trolls are not the same, this I know, is the Joking Winter wrong for enjoy jests and puns? Sir Vali? Or is it merely how he is?"

"True..."

"Well, this is how you are, and you need not apologize for it" A nod "And neither will I. I LIKE my boulder right where it is"

"You can usually trust a gladeling glome to be very set in their ways" He nods and pats her shoulders "I suppose I should be happy for neera if she finds a place she feels joy, but.." His stone brows make a bit of a V "I reserve the right to grumble about it"

"You can grumble to me."

"Thannnk you, and you may grumble to me any time you like. Sometimes, it can be soothing"

"Mutual venting, for sure."

"yes. You may go first if you like" A nod "And we will tell no others of our 'vents'"

A little smile. "Okay"

A smile back

And they both grouse and vent in a soothing way, and neither shall tell anyone else of what was said.
