"Okay, is everyone ready?" Gerd says gathering her dross, "And more importantly? does this dress make me look stupid?"

Nadeen rolls her eyes "You look fine. Besides, it's Sylvi and my dresses that matter. We're diplomats"

Dagmar takes a moment to straighten Connor's tabard. She herself is in green and gold, but only ornamental armor.

"You look great, Gerd," Sylvi assures her, having touched up the younger wilder's eyeliner earlier. "Wudlig's going to forget how to speak at first."

Connor bounces.

“Do mine next. I want SMOKY EYES.” He giggles. Was he watching Sylvi’s channel?

Sylvi is wearing a blue and white patterned dress cut in simple lines, and her emissary sash over that. A laugh at Connor. "Your eyes are already perfect, though."

He beams at Sylvi. “You tell that to all the boys.”

Gerd chuckles

Sylvi checks that she's got everything she wanted to bring, all in a neat pack. She's not bringing her spear, but she does have her Bowie knife with her. "Are we everybody? Did we leave anybody out who has an invite?"

"Okay. Is everyone here? I mean, Wudlig is going to be waiting for me there .. so he won't leave his carriage beehind.. and.. exactly"

“hop hup. Did Oak and Edie get invited? Browndog?” Now he may just be being silly.

"Oh they've got plans for Oak" A smile

As point of fact, Pyschka (name hard to remember right ) is on a leash with Nadeen who acts like EVERYONE brings a Russian Bear Dog to parties

Blink blink. “Like, treats?”

"Oh! Did I bring...." And Sylvi checks...yes, she has the carry bag with Kerri's contribution to the feast. "They won't be insulted by this, right, Nadeen? Some of Mom's little pies?"

"Not the one with the rude crusts," she adds, blushing.

"If I know Marigold, she'll be pleased to know proper respects are being paid one chef to anotheer" Nadeen says

“Apple Toots.” He giggles through his hands.

"Connor." She chides, gently.

“Maybe I can have those for my birthday? I LIKED it.”

He can’t help the giggling, even knowing it wasn’t intentional.

"You know, they might be perfect for that."

Sylvi winces, then sighs at his enthusiasm. "I don't think Mom knows how to do it on purpose."

“Miss Kerri can do ANYTHING.” He says, with bright eyed enthusiasm.

"he's not wrong"

"Well...I'll let her know you asked." A sigh, then, "Okay, I think we're ready."

He reaches for Dagmar’s hand and Gerd’s, holding tight.

Dagmar gives Connor's hand a reassuring squeeze, and takes Sylvi's to finish the circle."

And Nadeen joins in and Gerd says "Into the Dragon's coils we go... and we fear it's breath not! Into the Wolf's maw we walk, and we fear it not. Into black night and silver intrigues we go... we will not be fooled. Into a banquet we go... and we probably will be stuffed. Will we get there! Sure enough!"

And they vanish
