"Zane, shit, just CALL THE LODGE!!!" Agitated. "Or just... just GO! You're both fast, get going, I'll......" he trails off a moment. "I'll see you later. I can't keep up. And... I promised Didi I'd look after her. Go on." He swallows.

"Adam, don't be crazy. The lodge has all sorts of protectors, and YES I'll call them. But if you think I'm leaving you like this, you've got another think coming." And she does as promised, dialing the number for the lodge.

The lodge answers , it's Adam's voice "Hello?"

Only the smallest hesitation. "Hey babe! It's ya boo. I was looking for you." A frantic silent wave towards Zane.

The bum looks sick at this.

He kinda always looks like, so it's hard to tell the difference...

"Oh hey... .." He says "Sorry, my phone's on the fritz.. I'm good"

Adam's voice says "look, I've been thinking about it, and I'm not always treating you right. You know? Maybe later we can get together and I'll make some things up to you"

"Babe, you know I love ya. Why don't we meet up now? I'm not far off." Putting a hint of a purr in her voice. "Maybe we can go to the boat house, hook up in the captain's cabin if no one is around?"

A gesture towards Adam or Zane. She waves her hand through the air.... a slithering motion, like a snake?

And points to her phone, mouthing, "Call Help" if they are able to make it out.

The bum, phoneless; his shoulders slump.

"Oh sorry no.. I got a job to do, but I promise you, if I get a chance I will definitely make it up to you. "

"What is it? Can I help? Many hands make light work, and the quicker you're through, the faster we can get down to... business...." Her voice cajoling, tempting - trying to stall for time.

"It's a surprise. Later" And click

Zane is "I'm callling I'm calling but.. oh shit.. text from the Chief"

"Fuck!" She swears at the phone and looks up at Zane. "We gotta get there. NOW." Checking her phone - who is she likely to have numbers for? Mmmm. She hasn't made close friends of many of the others around. One entry catches her eye. "We could call the Tragos, if they're not too far into the drinks. Send the whole crew over...."

"Eden! We can call.." Zane starts typing

"You're both making excuses. I have to stay with Didi. Go." Flatly.

"Go save the Lodge."

“What? You’re NEEDED to fix this. Zane knows what he’s talking about.”

Zane says "Sorry man..." And gestures!

Hook em horns, waggle waggle!

" S'ok, Dude. Go on. I got this." The bum says, and insists.

"What the ever-flippin - fuck, Adam? Forget the lady! This is our SOULS we're fighting for! If you don't care about yourself - care about the lodge!"

And suddenly the horns make into a go fetch motion

and Adam the dog finds himself woofing and following eager!

"Got a snack boy, follow me..." the satyr guy says to his 'loyal dog'

Adam K9 BAYS around Didi.

"What the hell?" Didi backs up

And Zane, "Dog Adam's master' looks terribly guilty, then motions the man to follow. And Adam does

Adam K9 -complains- all the way. BOW OW OW....

And before Eden shows up, Piper notices a passing car

Looks like a pick up truck. They can fit in the bed.. but it's got the wrong driver

Meanwhile... Piper is... doing her makeup? She has a lipgloss out, and is smearing it sensually across her lips, her chest heaving softly, leaning towards the car, and blows a kiss at the driver... who knows, maybe it will still work.

And... the driver turns... Is it the cantrip? or is it just the fact some gusy don't recognize age limits?

it's a seedy sort of spot

he pulls over, "Hey... you going on a date?"

"HOT DAMN!" And he gets out, circling to the truck to get into the back

Zane blinks "What the.. oh!"

"I'm sorry." And she whips a knee up into the man's crotch, before jumping lithely into the truckbed. "Adam, GET IN.... Zane, tell Adam to get in! And let's BOOK IT!"
