"Of course," Her aunt softens and gives her a side hug with one arm "Piper, you are such a wonderful girl. I know you... you fell in with a bad crowd, and have your own temptations, but the fact you want to help that man shows so much more about the real you. I'm having trouble giving a proper grump lecture despite my fears because I know your moms would be proud of you and ..so am I."

A sniffle as she leans into the hug. “You had to go mention y moms now didn’t you. You got my allergies going.”

"Darn allergies" Aunt Marsha says "Can I talk you into not visiting here alone? Maybe have at least one other person with you each time?"

She taps a hoof, but nods. "I'll see if Adam or Zane might want to come by." She relents.

"Good." relief "Thank you for understanding." They get into the car "The accoustics were great though huh?"

"Oh, yeah!" And she launches into a conversation about how the reverb would be great if they could get some sort of percussion going...

Marsha nods and listens and agrees. It would appear the subject of the MJ is dropped for now

Which is for the best, otherwise Piper may have had to pull out the big guns of pointing out that it's hypocritical to talk smack about MJ when your name is Marsha Jean...

Hurumph. If the kid only knew about the emergency stash

"Want me to drop you off at Adam's or we both head home?" Her aunt asks

"Ummm... home for now, I think. I want to pick out oils for him and Brenda, and I guess we need to do some cooking. Since I don't want to poison the poor dreamer, I can maybe help chop and clean."

She laughs "Happy to have your help" And they head home
