"I think we'd better find out!" She bends to give the whale's back a quick kiss, then grabs onto the skateboard with him. "Let's go!"

And off they leap, wobbling "Wait.. hold both my hands, hang on the left, I'll hang on the right..balance each other out"

"Yeah, good, here...." And there they are, aloft, but much like a maple seed "helicopter" pod... and hoping that no mortals are watching.

Whirling it's a BIT lopsided as he's heavier than her but at least they're not fllpping over. "Where do we land?"

"Somewhere close, hopefully...." She tries to get a good look over her shoulder. "Oh, there's a space there, but still a lot of trees. I think if we kinda lean that way...?"

"Right.. Hang on... wish I could see better ... the clearing.. a marker..."

As if on cue, lights come down below, almost like landing lights

She blinks. "Remind me to have you wish for a million dross...."

And she tries to urge the board lower from this weird angle.

And they see him... Flopsy! Carrying two glowing carrots!

"He does know we aren't actually going straight rite?"

"Flopsy!" She laughs. "You clever bunny!"

Others maybe better warriors, more lore wise, more magic laden, but no other troll in the barony, nay, the county, is a better cheer leader! Balance? Timing? Working with others ? This is another Saturday night!

And as Colton trusts her, they weave and land... gracefully before the rabbit.

Colton says "i'd kiss you but I'm worried I'd throw up" he admits

Everything IS a bit dizzy

The landing may be graceful, but then she sits down rather abruptly. "Whew! Yeah...yeah, the world needs to stop spinning first...." She lies down flat on her back on the ground. "Thanks, Flopsy," she adds with a vague wave of her arm.

"you're unharmed?" the rabbit says peeking over her head

"I'm okay. Colton? You all right?"

"Yeah" he says "Thanks to you"

"Wonderful, I was rather worried, but now that I know you're safe," the rabbit nods agreeably before...well,, exploding "What were you THINKING? Chasing after strange Chimera? We're not all nice, you know? Even the ones that look lovely! Going INTO the sky, expending glamour! Risking DEATH! I'm not a cat, I don't have 9 lives to be scared out of higgedly piggedly! "

It would seem she has scared her poor rabbit friend

She looks a bit guilty...well, just a bit. "But did you see how amazing it was, Flopsy? And now...did it make it to the sky trod? Is it in the Dreaming?" She tries to look up at the sky, but it's all kind of spinning, still.

"Yes yes... I thought your father closed all the skhy trods but somehow it made it in, it's safe... "Then an admission "Thanks to you"

Colton grins 'Now that it's in the dreaming it has a chance of becoming as strong as any chimera there"

"That's wonderful." She reaches out to find Colton's hand. "You came to get me, up there."

"Well, yeah" he says "What kind of knight would I be if I didn't ?" His eyes sparkle "not that you needed me. Cept maybe for this." He kisses her, and shares some of his glamour with her. Which she was running low.

"Mmmm..." She returns the kiss and feels revived. "Oh, much better." She smiles at him. "We rode a whale."

"We rode a FLYING whale" He grins

"In one ear and out the other" Floppsy sighs and begins to eat his glowing carrot number one.

"And we were saved by a brave rabbit chimera, who should be fabled in song and story." She sits up and takes a deep breath.

"Well, that does improve the story somewhat I admit" Floppsy says almost begrudginly

"Wow." She smiles and looks over at Colton again. "You're looking a little scruffy." It doesn't seem to be a complaint.

"Oh yeah, I.. seems to be coming in more than it used to.." A bit proud "Should I shave?" Curious

The idea of being given his face to play with might appeal to the make over specialist in her.

She starts to shake her head, but then stops and tilts her head, considering his look. "Hmmm."

"What?" he asks

eyes sparkling

"Well, you could shape it, not shave it all the way off, but...." She draws a finger along his cheek, tracing a line to shave along.

He pays attention, following the tracing with his own finger "Are you going for a Tony Stark thing or a Robb Stark thing?"

"Oh, way more Tony than Robb. Or maybe..." Another finger touch. "Dr. Strange?"

"Got a thing for Cumberbatch huh?" A grin "I can try"

"Oh, maybe I could do the honors. You'd trust me to put a razor to your face, right?" she teases.

He ponders "Trying to think if I've forgotten an important date or something..." guessing guessing.. smile "I think I do trust you with my face. Sure"

"Ohh, good answer." She leans in and gives him another kiss, then says, "I won't insist. Besides, I'd like to be surprised after you do it."

The kiss lingers, and hand on her hip, he's clearly very glad to be alive.

Then he sighs "I think we have to get to the lodge. your dad needs to know about that sky trod if he doesn't already."

"Oh..." Regret. "Yeah, you're right. Okay..." No longer dizzy, she gets up, brushes the grass off her clothes, and packs the skateboard away in her backpack. "Ready?"

He rises "With you by my side?I feel ready for anything" And side by side, with the rabbit behind them, they head down the road. Whale riders and cloud dancers
