Adam sits in a corner, half-empty dish before him.

"Hey, Adam, how goes?"

He looks up. "Hey, Z.... Heeeeyyyyyy......." He grins.

"Just showing Piper around. Piper, this is Adam. Adam, this is Piper."

Adam stands up. "Hey." Tall, handsome, angular features with short curly hair and green eyes.

Piper is giggling at the joke and the pauses, to look Adam over, and give him a flirty grin. "Hey there, Adam. I was starting to think that all the folk around here were ladies except Zane, and we're not quite south enough for me to start eyeing my cousin. Glad to see a few Y chromosomes in the mix."

Adam's smile grows. "Well, my Y chromosomes are glad to see you, too."

She laughs at that. "I was told that this is the second best party in town. What do you recommend on the menu?"

Zane snorts but good naturedly "A lanister I am not."

"Depends on how wild you like it." Adam comes out from his table. "Single, double, triple.... mix of flavors, single flavor...."

"Well, I'm treating Zane today - what's your poison, cuz?"

"They got this rootbeer tripple cream thing I like" He says

"Oooh. Be right back." She orders Zane his ice cream, and a rootbeer triple for herself too... "...but with cherry dip, and... uh... oh, sprinkles, please! The rainbow ones." She confides over to the boys. "I'm a sucker for those little rainbow bits."

"I like your style." Adam approves.

"Her style is excess" Zane points out but can't keep a really disapproving face.

"Nothin' wromg with that!"

"Hey, I like what I like!" She takes a bit out of the cone, then sucks air to ease the chill on her teeth. "Oh, it's good! Don't knock it until you try it."

"Wanna sit down?"

She hops up to sit on the picnic table top, letting her legs kick playfully over the edge. "I don't feel so short this way. What did you get?"

The ice cream is served and.. it's delicious!

Adam enjoys the view. "Rocky Road."

Zane grins "how can you even taste the icecream under all that tooth glitter?"

She laughs and sings, "I love Rocky road, So won't you go and buy a half gallon baby..."

Zane enjoys his own. That's when Lucia the boggan walks in

"You have a great voice." Adam says.

"Yeah she does" Zane admits

She waves a hand. " It's the ice cream, it makes me sound cool and keeps my notes sweet."

Adam grins. "Aw you walked in here sweet, Piper."

She laughs, and gives Adam a nudge with a foot. "Flatterer. Oh, hi!" She waves to Lucia, catching the glimmer of a boggan.

"Hey, " Lucia says "Zane, Adam, who'se your friend?"

"Hey, call it like I....." he eyes Lucia uncertainly.

"My cousin and sworn enemy" Zane jokes "THis is Piper. Piper, this is Lucia"

She offers a a hand to Lucia - then swaps that hand with one without a dripping cone. "Howdy!"

Adam looks at Zane for guidance.

Lucia shakes then says "Nice to meet you, Piper. Don't take this wrong but I was lmost hoping you'd be a guy. We're heavy on the estrogen"

Zane says "You know, some guys could take offense"

"Oh fuss fuss" Lucita says then seems to catch something and says to Adam "I hearby talk to you first and give you permission to talk to me. There, that help?" a softer voice so mortals don't hear clearly

Adam nods, a little sullenly. "Yeah. Thanks."

She grins to Lucia. "I'll take you out for dinner and dancing if that helps..."

Lucia smiles "Not as much as I hoped but thanks, Piper."

She grins anyways. "Want a bite, anyways?" Offering the cone out to Lucia.

"Sure" She takes one, "Thanks" returning it. "Now let me order one ne and you can have a bite of it"

"Share and share alike." She licks at where the ice cream dripped onto her hand. "Now it's a proper party."

"Adam, you okay?" Lucia says

She turns around, and gives Adam a little nudge with one of her dangling feet. "How can you have a sour look with all that sweet ice cream? Cheer up, buttercup, the sun is shining and it's a fresh day."

Piper's encouragement brings a smile back to his lips. "Yeah, fine. Good."

"Oh my gosh the Frozen Heifer's stuff is like Crack" Zane says "not that I've tried crack. Metaphorical"

"There's the sunshine." She grins, as the smile returns. "It's no frozen custard, but it's good.

"So I guess I'm not the new kid anymore?"

"I think that's me. Is that okay?"
