And makes sure her own mask is on.

"Oh dear, either he needed to go, or Fornax found another dictionary," She comments.

"You think he's okay?"

"Art yeah? I mean, clearly he wants to talk to you about something when it's the time but otherwise he seemed good. Actually, he's really matured and grown more confident without being arrogant in the last year or so. It's a good look on him." Gwen admits .

"Now if you mean Bronn?" Mmm "Less sure on if he's okay." She admits as they wait.

"We have a PLAN for Bronn."

She waggles the Snweeper.

"And, like, Art's usually good, sure. He's my partner."

"you two work well together," A speculative glance, "Honestly, I think maybe Da'an meant you to chrysalis at the same time."

She shrugs, but her spirals glow coral.

"Which makes me feel less bad about swatting his soul away when it first tried to land," She admits.

"Da'an, right?"

"Very likely, the coincidences certianly make my spiritual side suspicious." Gwen confesses, "You two have pulled off a lot of stuff together that was just amazing."

She blushes and shrugs.

Gwen doesn't want to embarrass her so doens't press, and changes the subject "how's the fam?"

"Miri-Bri and Frankie are doing good, we did a video chat. I'll be heading down over New Years. Mom had dinner with the landlord."

"Oh my," She says.

"Nothing against wrestling satyrs, but, like... that's my Mom."

"I hear he travels a lot from property and his usual house is in Kansas city so maybe your mom won't see him much?" Gwen considers, "Or maybe it's just friendly?" Though even she's not sure she buys that one.

"She doesn't know he's a goat!"

"I'm not kithist, but... fizzgibbet, I don't wanna think about that."

"I'm in several levels of denial about Dad and Janice."

"Okay, fair, more pleasant subject then... how tall is Frankie now? I mean, It's been a month or so since I saw him but you mentioned a growth spurt?"

"Oh jeez, like yea high?" She holds out a hand about chest-high.

"Geez us, he's taller than your HAIR? "

More seriously she adds "Honestly, I remember when he was half that easily," Impressed.

"I don't think I can spin him in airplane anymore." Gusty sigh.

"Well, not with those noodle arms, no." But she smiles "But you're still gonna be so cool in his eyes."

"You're both cool in my eyes." says Art as he steps up, wiping his hands dry from a quick wash. "You ARE talking about me I can only assume." He grins.

"Actually," An amused look in Gwen's features, "We were talking Frankie. Been awhile since I've seen him and he grew some."

"Like a weed." Harrumph.

"He's already taller than Thistle's hair, that's like HUGE," somber nod.

"Oi. Beanstalk."

"Yes, O floor dweller?" Perhaps the troll feels cheeky today, though if you didn't know Gwen one might think she was serious.

"Or do you mean Frankie, who... it sounds like, MIGHT be blessed with troll blood somehow?" Her eyes sparkle.

"Far as I know, Dad's line doesn't have anything. Grams is Mom's mom."

"Oh well, Frankie is magical even if he doesn't have a drop of fae blood. Kid is definitely a joy to be around," Gwen drops the teasing and says "Honestly, no wonder you adore him. He's a ray of sunshine."

"Well, Janice! He's kinain for sure. Same with Miri. Selkies are a bit different, I guess."

"They are," She nods "And they have connections to good coffee."

She remembers the reward she got of a year's supply fondly.
