Danica shakes her head, looking at the other two... Briar is already booking it.

Dame Gladiola bows "Thank you, my lieges" And withdraws

She will speak to Danica or Briar depending on which one she can pass. It's been a hell of a night

For Nadeen, however, once it is just her and her Lord Aiden, she says "My dragon, what do you think?"

He reaches over and takes her hand. "My opinion has always been that the pleasure of having trusted and capable vassals is allowing them to deal with issues, that they not trouble us unduly, when our attention might be turned to... other matters." Placing a kiss on the inside of her wrist.

Nadeen shudders "Ah, yes, we were interrupted." She admits "Perhaps we should adjourn to our chambers to.. discuss matters there?"

He rises and offers her his arm. "Just so."

Sometimes she fears her lord is a bit too eager to defer the wider picture, but well, Passion before Duty has it's advatanges. Nadeen takes his arm and moves with him to their chamber

Perhaps that's why she is such a good fit for Silverwolf. He the big picture, she the pattern in the details.
But for now, what awaits them, is no one else's business.

Gladiola seeks out Briar, or Danica, depending on which she can met, though it may not be that same night

Instead, she finds Willy

Or at least, her workshop.

A knock at it "Willy? You alive in there?"

"I swear to the Earth Mother she could be dead in there and we wouldn't know because she barely comes out" She calls through the door "Be extra careful. There have been Thallian altercations"

"YOu'll want to be careful if you go out into town, especially at night. We think we got a lot of them, but there maybe more"

A huffy grunt from inside, and the door snaps open. "What?"

The farrier is begrimed and beschmerzted, in overalls and heavy boots.

"You'll WANT to be careful if you go into town, especially at night. We had encounters with Thallian, in great numbers. We took out one squad but othehr maybe out there. Just be on your guard, okay?"

"Uh.... yeah. I'll do that."

Willy is not known for her social life.

"Oh," She adds "Thistle is working on some sort of flame thrower, you might want to lend her support. It's gonna have colorful flames like a rainbow"

"I use fire, I don't shoot fire." Dismissively. "Good luck to her, though."

"Willy, do you have any friends? Sometimes I worry you're a worse mental place than I am and. .that's saying something"

A sigh at the long pause "I'm sorry, that was rude of me. I just hate to have you feel left out. You do good work, you're one of us"

"Thanks, I like my work, I like to do my work. Anything else?"

"Yeah, Breakfast will be ready in an hour , which you can eat in the table or I guess in your shop as suits you"

"Kay."

"All right" Gwen seems in good spirits regardless. Sometimes 'Egg' is so tense it looks like she'll crack, but not today

"See you around, Willy. At least I hope so" She waves and walks off
