She absently scritches his ears. A purple-gold Never has joined ice-blue, and they are playing tag.

The poor dogs may feel a bit like their personal space is invaded as Gwen checks them out to make sure they're in good health

Mischka growls at Gwen. That's unusual!

The bear dog is larger that ever in the midsection, and has become very territorial in the past few days. Puppies soon.

"Mischka, easy. " Gwen stays in charge in her way, "You in pain girl? Let's talk mmm?"

Carefully she builds a bunk humming Peter and the wolf

and casts willow whisper

Mischka looks perhaps slightly apologetic as she sees that it's Gwen who is intruding, but she still growls - though softer.

As the cantrip takes effect, she whispers "Are you hurting, Mischka?"

Thistle leans in, watching the magic work!

"No hurting. Ovcharka is strongk." Does she have a Russian accent?? Apparently the magic has a sense of humor.

A stroke, genntle "Yes" She whispers a bit amused but it fits Mishka, "Why did you growl at me then?"

"Young ones come soon. My instinct say, go. Hide. Protect. Mischka knows, this is good place. But still, inside voice is strong."

Sympathy "You are a good mother. This is a good place, yes, but how can we make it better for your comfort?" She figures dog might want it darker, or more blankets

"Make den. Soft, dark. No curious noses."

One of the glennies that was sniffing around near the edge of her kennel takes a few steps back, tail wagging in apology.

A nod, "I shall speak to Alpha Baron, I shall try to make den, keep little noses away, you know you are loved yes?" She could be out of questions but this seems a good one

Mischka leans forward and swipes her tongue across Gwen's face, brought into close range by need of whispering. That, and a single wag-thump of her tail, seems to be answer enough.

"Daw..." A gentle stroke and she back up saying "Her puppies are soon and she wants a den. And other dogs are gettinng on her nerves"

She gathers the Glennies, "All right you goobers. Leave Mischka alone. Stay away from her, shes' in no mood for Irish eyes a smiling. Do not make me have Ivan grab you by your scruff andn carried off. "

Ivan adds, "Boof!" That sounds like fun, based on his tail wag and tongue loll. Well, fun for HIM.

"Ever been in a Russian Bear Dog's mouth?" She warns the Glennnies "Nott fun"

Being terriers, evenn more relaxed ones, at least one of the four thinks he's up to it

Gladiola looks to Thistle "I would give Miskhaka space. I maybe making a den"

The nocker nods.

"Mmm okay. Want to check the horses? Willy's been working on some of the bridles too"

"There.. there was a horse?"

"Huh?" She stops "Well, we've got lots of horses. Do you mean here?"

"No. It... I forget?" SHe scowls.

"Wait, did his happen on Samhain?" She asks, sounding a bit excited

"I think?"

"There were horses..."

"Neat. Yeah memory loss is.. pretty common. Horses? I wonder if there's one wandering around? Was this with Art? "

"With Art, yeah. I spent the holiday with him."

"I don't remember horses. Doesn't mean I wasn't therre, but it does reduce the odds I was. So.. before or after the party maybe?"
