"More tea, Rosemary?" Julius offers the visiting Clurichaun the pot, but she smiles and shakes her head. "To business, Mr. Oikonomos?"
The Steward grins. "Just Julius, please, until we're filling out the paperwork." He tops off his own cup.
"Now, there aren't a lot of starter homes on the market right now. You might be better off looking into new construction, unless you're in the market for, say, a 4-6 bedroom. Perhaps for when the children come?" The curvy, red-haired lady gives him an a smile that is at once both innocent and devilish.
Julius coughs, sputtering on his own tea.
Rosemary smoothly continues, "After all, Bluebell is young and lovely, and rabbits DO tend towards big families, and I can't imagine you to keep to yourself once you've tied the knot, wink wink?"
Taking a moment to wipe up the spilt tea, he responds, "We haven't, ah, had THAT conversation in full. It's come up, but my darling isn't the most transparent. I had thought, a small place, like a comfortable den? And... on a steward's salary and a yoga instructor, mind you."
She clucks her tongue. "Maybe an apartment then? Thought, it's a shame to let these pass you by."
He flips through the glossy brochures, and then stops, his brow furrowing. "Tell me about this one?"
"Oh, over on Country Road 42? It's a short jog from the city center, plenty of land - 21 acres in fact, and here, you can see the upgrades... but I fear it is -slightly- out of your range. Now, here is a little 3 bedroom, with a swingset and an office OR a nursery..."
Looking like a deer in the headlights. "No, I... start to think that maybe we'll hold off looking for a place of our own. Cart before the horse! After all.
...But I think we may make a deal today anyways. I don't think we can let this one pass by. I'll need to run it by the Baron, but I think Silverwolf will be very interested in this property."
Rosemary's eyes gleam too... but hers with dollar signs, rather than pure excitement. "Then let's talk business."
