SIX is LOUD but fortunately, Zara came prepared. Oh she enjoys it. Historical beheadings? Scandal? This alone would be enough to delight many sluagh, classic morbidity. Yet the themes may appeal to her human half's sensibilities as well. The women in the audience certainly feel it. Glamour flows, and why not? One of the performers is kithain, an autumn sidhe singing 'My heart of stone' with such power as to do a satyress or Clurichaun proud. She's lovely, of course, but her voice is even more so.

Earl did not expect to see a kithain walk on stage, let alone a sidhe, but he supposes he shouldn't have been surprised. After all, Zara and he aren't the only kithain in the audience.

One that catches Zara's keen eyes is a nocker who is enjoying the show, but seemingly waiting for something.

She is curious, keeping an eye on him.

The Ladies are about - 2 & 8 are at the hold, but the rest are dispersed. 1122 has a prime spot on Zara's hair.

His garments don't look too atypical in mortal mein (See above) but to enchanted eyes they really are glorious, a europop techno wonderland of colors.

Zara was watching for it, so she sees it...

When Haus of Holbein! begins, a dazzling display, she realizes the song and HIS clothes sort of match...

more than that, as glamour flows from the short song's results... a lot of it just flows right to the nocker. He is not ravaging, or anything illegal, but the simple cap he wears seems to draw in visions like a magnet. It's not all one way either, as he has a quill and paper he writes on, some of that glamour goes back to certain members of the audience, and stirs them all the more for this brief time.

It must be said, the show is WONDERFUL and a nocker, however intriguing is not what they came for. So Zara's attention is split. She sees this exchange but doesn't quite grasp what it means. then something flows from HER! And she's surprised.. what just left? No, not left... copied?

Earl however mutters "He's ...having people reveal ideas, visions, and such, making manifestations, and taking them into himself"

And his insight is enough for her to realize that is exactly what's going on. NOW she can focus even more and she sees it... mostly fashion ideas. the kind of ideas that a non professional might have, and it's a good one, but their ignorance of the profession makes it just a passing fancy. The fancies float back to him, given visualization aspects for him

If she dares, she can touch a passing stream going past her. It shouldn't be harmful

She's curious, more than anything, when she reaches.

I wish I could wear something like that, heck, maybe even a crop top with the same pattern, classy and showing off my crunch work at the gym and the image of such an apparel, not Zara's style but.. tastefuly displaying manifests in her head

Earl touches one and blinks "Apparently someone has an idea for a 'faux corset' that looks like a corset but isn't? "

And the song ends... the quill done its work, most of those streams having gone to the nocker. All through the quill.

Earl notes that it is an inkpen that is doing this and whispers "Oh dear. This hits your buttons, doesn't it, love?"

Nose-wrinkle. "Feels like plagiarism."

"I was thinking it reminded me of... " Earl sighs "it reminds me of a so called AI... scraping other sources, collecting others ideas."

"Yeah, gross."

He sighs and says "Let's enjoy the musical?" A suggestion to ignore it. Though one of the spiders is nearby the nocker

And Septima, later on, reports that the nocker does this all the time, and sells the designs to something called 'Holbein Mode'

It is Vashti who tells them what that means, "Holbein Mode, so named for the greatest fashion designer of Gods, and he who matched the make or abled it to be so.. it is quite the force, and has a success rate far above boy bands."

This is, of course, the day after... the earlier night was spent on a rather sizzling date

"Methinks it is HM being robbed, by knifepoint" She adds for lying emphasis, "You see, they pay changelings for their proposals and acredit. I myself have admited some works to that group"

"Wait, " Earl says "The Nocker is NOT Mode. Mode is like a ... Guild?"

"Like Bes Din, but with weaker wrists on their leg breakers" She nods

"Mode would likely be displeased, then."

Vashti taps her nose "I'm sure they'd be fine with skimming ideas from various dreamers in masse and him selling it as his own. "

"Precisely. Or I'm not a nocker's daughter."

"Where is Holbein Mode headquartered?" Earl asks "Maybe we could visit?"

She looks amused "Follow the threads"
