Vali gets a text from Sylvi: Hey, ⛰️ ! Got a question -- do we have somebody in the barony who's good at crafting charms? I want to learn how, but I can't think of anybody.

TXT: Charms ... mmm, we're a bit short there. Tove makes some great wood items but not sure if she charms them

A bit more TXT: I myself have done some book work, but I'm new to it. Why do you ask?

TXT: I'm thinking spring magic made portable would be a Good Thing

TXT: Like, giving somebody a Fairy Ring charm to take with them on a trip, so they can use it if I'm not there.

TXT: Well, Zane might do a consult. He's gotten good with items. Vegard was good in his day but I haven't pride at Gerd to see how much she retains there.

TXT: Oh, I wouldn't push Gerd on that, no. Zane's a good idea, though! Thanks!

TXT: Welcome, also, try Sunny T. She IS a nocker after all

TXT: She's still kinda new-ish, but maybe!

TXT: Well, between her and Zane... might work. And I'll try to help if you want but it is not my forte

TXT: You come at me with unsubstantiated claims, you get what you get. 😉 BUT...if you know the art, I'd love to chat.

TXT: More a methodology than art. Helps if you know how to craft something, it's one reasons nockers and boggans often rock at it

TXT: So...first learn to craft. OK. Feels like this is going to take a while.

TXT: Maybe I can work with a crafter. I bring the art, they build the container. Still need to figure out how to merge em.

TXT: Oh sure, that works too. And I'll teach you. Want me to see if I can get time off to visit goldfinch for a week?

TXT: That would be awesome!
