As Dagmar is packing up getting ready to head back to Rutgers, there's a knock on the front door.

Jaymes opens the door "mmm?" ("Yes?")

"Hi," Sylvi says with a smile. "Picking up Dagmar, if she's ready to head back."

("Raaahhhrrrr! TROLL HUG!" and CJ giggling!)

A nod "Sec." he turns and goes to the steps "CJ... release your sister. "

"Huff"

"Oh, I don't want to interrupt that." Then she calls out, "Sorry, CJ!"

"Sylvi is here!" tove calls up as well, then smiles "how are you, Sylvi?"

"Coming!"

Sam has CJ tucked under one arm and her bag under theother!

"Oh, I'm good. Better now, actually. Slept over at Goldfinch, so, y'know, all juiced up."

An amused look to Dagmar. "You've added some luggage."

"Right? Gotta balance the load."

"I dunno...this one looks a little flimsy...." she pokes CJ lightly in the ribs.

CJ giggles

"We also have food for her...." Tove says "And for your apartment crew period. HOpe you like spicey"

"He's growing, though."

"I'm gonna be BIG" CJ assures

"Spicy's good. Thanks, Aunt Tove. Dad's threatening to come down and do food deliveries, too." A beleaguered look.

"How big?" Sylvi asks CJ.

"BIG AS SIS" PROUD

Tove chuckles "Your dad's a train, but you know how to redirect him if you need to"

"Gotta eat right and exercise for that," Sylvi says seriously to him.

"Well, most of the time," she agrees with Tove. "But sometimes he gets...determined." Eyeroll.

Jaymes chuckles ("Apple, tree. Close.")

"I mean, food deliveries are kinda nice."

"I like cooking well enough, but..." SHrug.

Sylvi shoots a look at Jaymes worthy of an annoyed princess. Then.... "Yeah, okay, fair."

"But you may not have the time" Tove says "mmm maybe we should send your group ingredients ... but again if you have the time fori t?"

"Maybe we could make the time once a week or something? Like...house dinner night."

"What do you think?" she asks Dagmar, giving her a rather focused look.

"That could be nice? Sometimes feels like we don't see each other..."

A wry grin, and the look fades. "Yeah, I know. Our schedules are kinda whack, but...yeah, let's try it. I hope Symon can put up with the smells."

"I'll get you some ingredients to take with the food" Tove declares and goes into the kitchen

"If we save a portion, we could cycle that from week to week?"

"That would work," she nods at Dagmar's idea.

A mutter to Dagmar, "She's not going to pack up the whole kitchen for us, is she?"

"She might?"

"Aunt Tove? Thanks, but I was hoping to have Dagmar come over to Goldfinch with me for a few minutes before we head back, and we've kinda gotta go now."

Trying to forestall the too-much-help.

"Goldfinch?" Brow furrow.

"Oh" Tove comes back "Well, I only had time for one bag.."

She offers the one bag over "Sure it can't wait for the second or third?"

She sets CJ down.

"Yeah, I know it's not your favorite spot, but just something I want you to check out."

"One is plenty!"

"One is more than plenty," Sylvi agrees.

"Weeeell..okaaaay" Tove looks at her husband ("Think they'd take one more if I pressed?")

slight headshake from Jaymes ("No, no they would not")
