"Do you require an escort?" Curious look to her friend

"I'll have Thistle pull the squad car around." Linnea says, deadpan.

"Well, I'm going to use Knight's Heart..." a wide-eyed look at Linnae. "NO, thank you." A slight grin.

That does get a chuckle

"All right, as you think best. Oh, before I forget" She looks at Linae "Dame Gladiola has camping and maybe off a bit. No extra work for you planned mind you. In fact, I'd understand if you wanted a half day off tomorrow after a trying encounter"

"There might be a bit of a wait, there aren't so many of those Heart cabs up here yet these days. Mostly, you find them in the bigger city, though a few Eshu have found they make good tips at being around when needed."

She considers. "If they are hiring, Thistle may be interested. If she needs a part-time job after saining."

"Well then" A look at Sylvi "Sylvi, how about I drive you there. I DO have a car, and am neither a church lady nor a race car driver"

"Oh, that's a good point," regarding availability. "If you're willing, Baroness, I'd be more than happy to take you up on that."

Linnea bows to them both. "I'll have your car pulled around. Please wait 5 minutes, and the AC will have caught up."

"Thank you, Thane," Sylvi says.

She considers, "I do still have that the bath bomb set that Bluebell gave me for Yule. I was uncertain about it, but if it dyes my hair now, it may only be an improvement."

A chuckle. "Good point."

And when the time is right, she gives Sylvi that ride to Darkgate as promised. What they do or don't talk about alone in the car? is no one else's business.
