"Bluebell? Would you like to learn Spring arts? Or am I misunderstanding you?"

A pout, misunderstood. "I reach, and grasp, and it falls from my fingers, oh, buttery me. Alas."

Her brow furrows, and she looks at Nadeen for help.

Her ears do raise a bit. "Though in sooth, through Ring, Spring I may claim, some small success, though not in mine own name."

Nadeen concentrates, trying ti figure a pattern to the chatter

then a smile "The Debukes ARE offering lessons, Bluebell, and if not to you, maybe another. Perhaps you are a spring creature, but your heart knows summer delights?"

Sylvi's not convinced that's what Bluebell meant, but she says, "I can also teach it. I'm obliged to, actually."

Then to Sylvi "Spring is one we could use here, no doubt. I am aware you're very busy with goldfinch, but maybe we could have someone visit you?"

"Sure," she agrees with Nadeen. "We can totally do that."

She pats Sylvi on the hand with a smile. "You have a rabbity feel, it is a most pleasant thing to have, and not belonging to many. Blessed, perhaps, by the long of ears."

"I think the trod between Darkgate and home is still secure."

"Um...thank you?"

"Look, when you get home, tell this satyr we have a piskey named Madern here. Do you know your rivervale's guest name in turn?"

She shakes her head. "I didn't hear it, or if I did, I was too distracted to pay attention. But I can find out and text you."

"Or, you know, you can always text Mom directly. You still remember how to text, right?"

"Please do" she says "I..."

then a hawk cry and a voice "BACK SAVAGE!" from the garden, the voice of a certain rabbit chimera

"The Mad one may go with you, if he wishes. Else we will need to replace silver, and dishes." A soft scoff, but then, she flinches at the sound of the hawk, hands going to guard her head as she crouches, instinctually.

Sylvi jumps up from the table and unceremoniously runs for the garden.

"No, you do not run into the hunters claws!"

Nadeen rises "Oh my god, the hawks"

A soft cry after Sylvi, worried!

"Flopsy, hang on!" she bellows.

A dazed hawk is pulling its head from a cabage in the garden. And Flopssy nearby "oh my nerves, my heart that was close"

"HEY, my hawk!" a centaur girl calls out "rotten little rabbit'

Sylvi quickly gets to Flopsy and scoops him up, pulling him out of reach of whatever the centaur girl is planning to do to him.

"Blossom, get your hawk and hood it" Nadeen commands.

"But ... I'm already not allowed to train with nevers" The centauress protests

"One more chimera to the list is no great burden then, is it, child?" A crisp colder tone to Nadeen as she enforces her will

"Flopsy is with me," Sylvi says with firm emphasis.

Blossom gulps, and curtsies "Yes,Baroness" And gets her hawk free of the cabbage

"In all my life I have NEVEr BEEN,... oh, nevermind, forgot about lovecraft. " Flopsy corrects hismelf "Suffice to say, i am appalled"

Sylvi is not used to being ignored, but it is clear sidhe displeasure was more respected than troll shielding by Blossom

"But you're still in one piece," she says to Flopsy, reassuring herself at the same time.

She's not too surprised that Nadeen rates higher than she does, here.

Bluebell peeks out, though she remains inside until Blossom has left with the Hawk.

He is fine, and seeing Bluebell he sticks an ear out "Madame, the blessings of El-ahrairah on us both" to Bluebell. Respect

"I apologize, Sylvi. However, we do have fine hawks and they do need practice hunting"Nadeen says 'I shall make sure they know flopsy is off limits"
