Kristen used to be too scared go outside for excercise. It was a dreaded catch 22 . When you're a fat woman, you see online about how you're big and beautiful, but then in the real world, you see the sneering looks of disgust, the idea that you must be morally deficient or weak of will to be like that. Men aren't interested, and you're the subject of superior jabs from other women. Not everyone is like that, but enough that you feel like you're being judged negatively when you go out. But you have to go out to get in better shape. You have to walk, run, and more. She hates the dieting part of things, but it's needed. The exercise would at least tone her up, she hoped, but to be accepted she felt like she had to already be slim. It was a nasty paradox. No one wants to see a fat woman jogging.
