He ponders a moment. "Perhaps......."

"Perhaps you should bring this up to your wife when you have the chance."

"Mm. Yes." A bit distractedly, then with focus on the troll "May I share it with her, Sir?" aware that they speak in agreed confidence.

"I knew you were oathed to her before I asked that of you," he says "It is not my place to act as if one is two. But do ask her to keep the same confidence"

He nods. "I will.

"I thank you" He nods

"No, Sir, I thank -you.-" firmly "Both for the, ah, rescue.... although I assure you I could have managed.... and for the conversation."

"Yes, you likely would have," Agreed "But you're welcome. Be well, son of the shattered oak still standing"

August offers a small bow. "Thank you, Knight of the Falcon."

August takes a deep breath and reorients himself to the room.

"Your wife is looking at you, perhaps you should go" Sir Durnor suggests

"Ah." he glances over again "Ah. Will you excuse me, then?" he bows.
