"Kerri and Olgar?" She flutters her lashes "I'm kidding"

He laughs aloud. "Oh dear, it might be worth it to imagine their faces should they learn of it... but as I'm certain Olgar would have not the slightest compunction about turning me into a fine pate.... "

"All right. Mmm Robert and and Laura? are those still common middle American names?"

"Robert and Laura... Mmm.... I like it. And our relationship?"

"Let's not to father-daughter again." he asks with a twinkle.

"How about I use some magic to shape us, still want to be a boggan?"

"As for relationship, how about boyfriend girlfriend" A grin "Just to be wild"

"We're away from our 'Fire, let's reserve dross and Glamour unless we need it." he suggests "But yes, boyfriend girlfriend has a ring of truth to it."

"Fair... should we be from Minnesota, doncha know?" A grin

"Oh, accents can be such a bother to keep track of. But, if you like."

"It'll be fun. I could put on my scarlet O hara if you prefer South?"

"You know that accent distracts me, Dearest." he chides; for some reason her southern accent has the most.... stirring effect on him.

"Ah, which one turns you OFF the most?" She smiles

They are making their way through the hotel to the cab stand. "As it happens, Minnesota. Too trollish." he smirks.

She laughs

Robert gives the cab driver an address a few blocks away from Lotusland, just in case.

When they are dropped off, they walk along

"Meenee-sodaaaa...." he drawls in a bad accent.

"So glad you agree there" She says and adopts it. Oh dear, they're going with this.

And they approach the hold.

He takes her hand, falling into character.

And they turn and .. "Oh, it's lovely" As they approach the entrance. Even mortal wise it is eye catching, to changeling eyes, it's spectacular. The green gaining even greater vibrancy

A shifty looking fellow, mortal, seems to be casing them. He suspects eying CC's purse

Robert shifts her to his other side, putting her purse between them now and not on her off-side. "Let's go straight in." he murmurs.

"I see" she says noticing the gesture and follows

They walk together into the gardens, Robert looking around wide-eyed and curious.

And they're immediately stopped by a Nervous looking man in green, A ghille dhu, how rare! He is armed and lightly armored "Pardon, your business here?"

Robert glances up at Laura, then at the guard. "Oh, we just arrived in town and, oh, we were hoping for a night of rest?"

"Oh, well, rightt of safe haven, I'm sorry we're a bit cautious right now" he admits "I'm Greensleeves.. like the song. Please, follow me. I'm supposed to make sure your'e not here to cause trouble but I don't know how to do that. I mean, you seem perfectly nice"

Robert beams proudly and follows.

"Laura, we're from a litle town outside St. Paul" She beams 'This is beautiful don'cha know?"

"Robert." the boggan offers.

"It is.." Greensleeves says "And it was going to waste" He moves on as the place grows more magical with every step

"To waste?"

"You might as well know, this is now commoner held. We removed the last Baroness. Chimera were getting wild and dangerous, food wasn't being provided to changelings here for haven, help wasn't being sent to the locals. We..."

"Easy there, Greensleeves" a voice says, female..and a troll!

She approaches and says "Who are our guests?"

"I am Robert, and this is Laura." the boggan introduces humbly "Thank you for allowing us inside. Not every freehold is so kind."

"Greensleeves is the kind one" She says. She has a huge great sword on her back "I just make sure he doesn' pay for it."

"She's also bad with manners sometimes" Greensleeves says and introduces the troll "This is Timberfall"

"Oh so nice to meet you, Timberfall" CC says

"Greensleves, Timberfall." Robert nods. "You said, oh, that you... removed? The last Baroness?" he ends in a slight squeek.

Timberfall says "Yes. She neglected her duties, the contract was broken . She wouldn't serve as a ruler, so she didn' get to rule as a ruler either. It's that easy" She calls out "Petey?"

A boggan wilder shows up! Ah ha, the nephew "Guests eh? You know it's a sterotype to have a boggan playinng fetch"

"Call the national association for Kithain people and have them give me a ring" Timberfall says dryly "Besides, it's your own fault you're good at it."

"Oh, I assure you Master Petey, we won't be any bother."

"In fact, I'm sure we don't need a room as such; it wouldn't do to put someone else out of quarters. A corner somewhere would be more than enough.........."

"No master please," Petey says "We're all equals here. And of course we'll feed you and house you for the three days. WE remember the Escheat" He says proudly
