"Uhm.. you guys need like..healing"

"Please!" She waves the satyr over. "Jonas's shoulder, too..."

"Thank you very much" he says

Siv pokes Piper "Did you hear me? I won't be any safer if you stop performing. "

And then joint smoke flows over the three of them... as a somewhat diffused heatherbalm floats across all.

She blinks, and focuses on Siv. "But I don't want to be the reason you're in danger. I thought I was helping."

"You are.. you were amazing... and..great, now I got the munches" She's not bleeding and looks much better

Jonas says "Thank you. " And he offers some dross to the Satyress.

the OTHER satyress

Jonas is looking at another satyress?! No, Piper doesn't look jealous, just grateful.

"Hey, least I could do" She glances at Piper "Look, you don't know me.. but you were awesome out there. Don't let the assholes of the world define you or scare you off. My brother hasn't given a damn about anything for over a year. Thanks to you? He's ready to help soemone else. It's a damn miracle"

A small smile. "I'm glad..." And checking again with questing hands to ensure personally that Siv's wound is healed, ticklish or no.

"hey.." Siv says "it's just a bruise now honest"

"You guys okay?" The satyress says "I'm Ence by the way"

"We're fine now" Jonas says making sure the Cap is still out "But we were just going to drop off a would be assassin somewhere."

"Oh geeze.." Ence says "Uhmm how about I call the thanes here at the concert. They'll take her to the freehold for like.. interogation or something"

"How about the top of a building?" A huff!

"THanes would be great, and thanks, Encee" Siv says then takes PIper's hand "Okay. You want to head home, or go enjoy the party once the thanes take that horrid lady away?"

"The party sounds lovely... would the host be offended if we went home, though?" Squeezing Siv's hand.

"Nah.. it's cool." Ence says "But you're welcome back any time"

Siv smiles "We may do just that." And then looks to Jonas who is already handing off the lady cap to two burly troll guys that aint' him

Giving Siv's hand another squeeze. "I'll try to listen next time. And you can teach me how to live dangerously smartly."

"I'm the smart one? Oh boy are you in trouble" Siv says and gives her a kiss

Jonas rejoins them, and soon the three are on tehir way back to Rivervale

And Piper's plan worked out perfectly! Sorta!

"And now, a friend from Rivervale, an Ally. Here to speak to the Mist Edge Lodge and those of you who consider it a friend. Sylvi Davidson, the Emissary, bridge builder... and she would have your ear about a hold that may need aid"

Sylvi is let up to the podium that has been assembled. She's not in Brightwinds, but the lodge agreed to hear her... and well, Rovers got her here fast enough.

Trolls, of course, but pooka, sidhe, and other kith as well

"Thanks." She smiles to the presenter, then looks out to the group. "Hi, everybody. I'm Sylvi, and I'm really grateful that you're giving me some of your time to hear about the healing of BrightWinds barony." A warm, friendly tone to start. "I know you probably haven't heard of it, and that's because the name is new. Until recently, it had quite a different name... Dry Tears."

Mutters and mumbles

Her smile slips away as she tells some of the story of what life had been like under Balor rule. She emphasizes some of what was done to childlings, using Grete and Stew and Ashlee's stories while leaving out their names.

"Some of you remember being childlings. Many of you know childlings, or have some of your own. Can you imagine how those lives would be different if they'd had to live under the tyrrany of the Baron of Dry Tears?"

"But now...that Baron has been deposed and defeated, and Baroness Derynwydd Truthbranch has claimed it's hold...though she much prefers to be called Lady Sparrow," Sylvi adds with a smile.

She describes the slow healing and renewal of what is now BrightWinds and the beauty of it.

"It's beautiful. It's...encouraging! But...it's not secure. Not yet. The Balor have already begun their attempts at retaliation, allowing monstrous chimera onto the trods to attack travelers and invade Concordia at BrightWinds. Lady Sparrow and her people are talented and strong in battle...but they are few in number. They need your help."

Many nod, others are louder in approval "We should do something"

A few however call out "But what of our protecttion of our OWN charges?"

Sylvi nods to the question. "Totally valid. And I'm not suggesting that you offer what you don't have to spare. You need to make sure your own lands are safe. But...if there are any of you who crave a challenge...any of you who long for a good fight and a just cause...any of you who want a chance to be able to say, 'I was there when we defended BrightWinds from the Balor'...then those are the people who should go to Lady Sparrow, as quickly as you can, and offer your arms and your aid."

Glory is a strong call to changelings of all sorts. Mostly wilders, grumps tend to have had their taste of it and learned it's not always without it's sour to the sweet. But one grizzled greybeard troll, with scars long healed but never erased, nods and stands.

Sylvi gives a solemn and respectful nod in return. "Thank you, warrior." And she looks to the rest of the group expectantly...and lets the silence hang.

"I have , I think, one great fight left in me before the wheel whisks me away. You tell me it would be well spent in this service? On your honor"

Sylvi nods again, this time with a grin. "My most solemn honor, yes. When I was a childling, I doubted Lady Sparrow...but I have since learned of her kindness, her sense of justice, and her great heart. She has already shown these in service to the people of BrightWinds, a holding that hurts and craves healing. A fight in this service would be a great fight, indeed."

"Good enough for me. tthe rest of you listen to this one. I'm going to offer up my last great fight to this Sparrow. I think she'll spend it well, and Da'an will know I did not sell that fight cheaply" And he walks out!

"Warrior! Your name?" Sylvi calls after him as he goes.

"Tyrnog Redfang" he says

Well, calls back.

She's heardo f the name, can't place it, but he's got praise. That means others may follow

"For REDFANG!" She calls out, full cheerleader volume, fist punching high. And again, "For REDFANG!"
