An odd consequence of Earl's time here. His legerdemain prowess seems to be growing. A whistle and paint particles, not even needing the brush, and they cascade onto the canvas like side ways rain.

Zara is impressed!

Zara is also about as happy as a cat with a bowl of cream. Lore, audacity, yetis, tea, antique books...

"I have accidentally learned more bunks here" He says softly. Since he knows their hosts are will workers, he has wathed them, their magic does not work for him, but some of their methodology, then he looks over at her and grins. "Did they tell you to stop going to that basement?"

A sigh. "Aye. They do not wish me in their library."

Oh, there's an impish twinkle in her eye... Earl knows it. Trouble

He raises a brow "It's nice to want things" Speaking of the mages no her

"Isn't it, though?" Her grey lips twitch. She shan't smile!

"Good for the imagination to think of the unlikely" Just as dead pan

"Indeed. Now - do you think any of your fellow students are likely to.. ah.. pop?"

"Not as one of us, and from I get for them it's more enlightenment to..awaken ? Sometimes Martin.. my NIgerian friend, looks at me like he sees something"

"Well, they know-without-saying about me. I think they are a touch less certain of thee."

"Oh our hosts,. I'm pretty sure they know I'm like you" Earl says "And I am 90% sure Nigel does. Danube has started gazing at what most folks see as my forehead, like she knows I'm taller than I appear"

"Okay," A voice says "I'll bite. What ARE you two anyway?" Jeff asks

"He cannot hear you, Mister Whitmore."

"I don't get that. Both of you are vivid kind or sparkly. But most of the muggles I see look half dead from this side of thing"

"Is Jeff in here?" Earl asks

"He is. I think he still does not fully accept his current state. But then, it must also be difficult - I imagine he encountered an accident, and his death may not yet be known to others. It is possible that his family does not yet even know he is missing."

"While I do not care for his sister, that uncertainty is not something I would wish on any."

Earl sighs "Ah. I suppose it's the kind thing to do." Clearly he realizes a ghost around could lead to fewer.. tantric bribes

A sigh. And that's true - Zara might be many things, but an exhibitionist is not one of them.

"I really appreciate this" Jeff says

"I figure I slip onto whatever plane you use to get home with you, and zzoom, that much closer to scarsdale"

"Ah..." Blink.

"I am uncertain if you may do that, truth. You might be bound to your body."

"AH.. I don't want to be trapped in Nepal" Jeff says panicking, pacing

"Oh dear," earl says , he can only hear one side of the conversation but from what Zara told him, he can guess how jeff might take it

"No. Perhaps we could make sure your remains are found? Thus, you could go home and rest there."

"Oh I know where I fell" He says "You could tell someone?"

Earl doesn't know what the wraith is asking, but he says "Zara, love. We already have several spiders and bookwyrm. We don't need a ghost"

"No, we do not."

"But where am I going to go?"

"I believe our deceased friend befell an ignomious fate upon the mountain. His body lies alone."

"That is, I think, a distressing place to be."

Earl sighs "I'll 'mysteriously ' find it then shall i?" He coughs "Pardon, the sigh was needless and immature. Of course I'll do so"

"Tell him I said thanks!" Jeff says

"He says thank you."

"He's welcome" earl nods and, through Zara, gets the directions "I'll go find it. If I have to I can portal passage to easy enough. Dead bodies actually much easier than persons"

"Ouch. I mean... I get it, but OUCH" Jeff says

"True..."

Earl kisses her cheek so she need not feel on show with Jeff about "I'll head out now see to it. Can't let you have all the adventure"

"Stay safe, avoid the abominables!"

"I will" He says "I doubt they can fly"

"Your boyfriend FLIES?"

And Earl heads out

And Earl returns hours later looking a bit tapped out of glamour for the first time

Zara fusses

"Sorry, Authorites grilled me for an hour.. it got kind of..dull and banal." He admits 'But I'm fine. Truly. " He looks at the nearest Corner, not where Jeff is but he tries "Jeff, they're contacting your family. I think your body is going to get flown pretty darn fast back to the states"

"Oh geez, my family" he sighs

"Oh dear..." She kisses him, pouring glamour into him directly.
