"I asked him three times to give me his thoughts about the candidates. I just wanted to know what his feelings were. He blew me off twice; the third time I asked I also told him he could leave if he wanted, too. He started too, I guess Mitra brought him back. She looked pretty alarmed when she went after him. They said it was about Sidhe culture..... how they do things. Did they not MEET ME?? Jesus....." She lifts her practice weapon suddenly and takes out a ring-post. "And this is AFTER that bullshit with the whipping boy?" WHAM; a divot the size of a sinkhole in the ground.

"Which no doubt he sees you as unreasonable about as they're the KKK of the kithain wheere sluagh are concerned" He spits on the ground "No wonder you're pissed."

"This is bullshit" he agrees, "You're a troll, not a sidhe. And Tweak is right in that he needs to get his head out of his ass and get with it already. Pitiful excuse for an Unseelie if he cant get THAT from Change is good"

"Tweak told you that?"

"No, you did... you said she supported you while Mitra ran off ? or did i hear wrong?"

"Though it does explain why Tweak was sneering at Tidemarch during the party"

"Yes, she did." Jess sighs and rubs the base of her horns. "Sorry."

"For what? Being half human? Most of us are. " He says "Look, Tidemarch came in with expectations. That is HIS assumption, not yours. I am not a rebel like Diego.. I'm not going to rail against the noblity. But the sidhe do need to learn they're just a rainbow of many"

"It's not their world, it is your hold" He says

"I -know- the right answer. Just.... for tonight, I'd rather hit something."

"A second" he says And moves to the shield. A gesture.. and he realeases it, FLOATING before her. Held by glamour "Have at.. I'm not even close"

Jess steps back, lifting the maul, and swings.....

The shield dents a little, but does not break

She swings again and again, releasing frustration and maybe a little more, the warm night air clinging close enough that she is soon beaded with a little sweat.

And this lasts longer, stronger than her preevious target, but soon it is nothing but a battered, and in some parts broken, chunk of metal..kept aloft only by magic

She drops the practice maul, finally fatigued.

He gets some cold water from a pump and offers her the cup "You're wise to have made me promise. I DO want to bring all maner of hell on him."

She guzzles it. "Don't."
