"You are.... Zane Wayburton, from Rivervale, yes?"

The redcap drops him

"Phobos...."

"Yes," He says , "Horns have grown since then I.. uh.. honestly, I just brought purses as gifts for your heir and her friends?"

"Countess Jessica!"

"Oh hey" Zane says

Phobos says "Yes, your excellency?" meaning Jessica

Jessica nods. "I think I heard something about this."

Then the voice calling her registers. "Ellie?"

"Zane the Brujo was returning on OUR behalf, to offer tribute!"

"The Bru.... the witch?" She gives Zane an eyebrow.

"He makes magic!"

"He took a QUARTER out of my NOSE."

"I'm a wizard in training" Sheepish yet charming grin on the wilder's face

"Ah, el mágico. " Salma calls over. "He made a quarter come out of - yes, see!"

"Did he."

"It was VERY undignified and I made him promise to never do it in court." She reassures the Countess.

"And he turned a bandanna into flowers. And made twelve whole scarves appear..."

Salma claps her ears down around her cheeks tightly, as if worried that something might fly out - again.

"Ellie, do you vouch for this young man?"

She tugs at Ellie's hand and whispers to her.

"In retrospect, I can see how this might look..odd" Zane says

As he dangles with purses still

"Lil bit." She agrees, deadpan King.

"Can I give the girls their purses? " he asks

"He brought the purses he promised. He's very nice. He came back because of the Pocket Injustice."

"And look, he brought an extra one in tribute to you - it's even blue!"

"Ellie?" Asking for a direct response to her question.

"Yes, I vouch for him."

"Pocket Injustice, the worst" Ariel gets mad just thinking about it, or would if she werent' wanting to touch that peacock purse

As Ellie speaks for him, Wayburton dares to relax

Jessica nods. "Then he is welcome here." Somberly.

PHobos shrugs "Need me for anything else?"

"Thank you, your Excellency. You are just and merciful." Bow.

Zane bows "Thank you from me as well, obviously, your excellency" The bow is not bad.

Though it causes the purses to swing a bit

"No, thank you Phobos. Great work."

Sir Phobos turns and leaves.

And Zane turns "Okay.. am I to understand the purple one would go to.." He looks between the three girls

Ellie restrains herself admirably for a seven year old.

"Would either of you two want the purple one?"

Ariel starts to shake her head then suddenly gets an idea, and looks to Salma "I dooon't know, it IS pretty. What do you think, Salma?"

Oh, a little lip wobble.

"I think.... Oh, it's obvious!"

"Purple is the color for Royalty, si? So of course it belongs to la Princesca."

Stated as a matter of fact!

"I think you're right. You know, Ellie, I think you better take that purple one. I know you MIIIIIGHT not like it... but it really fits" Ariel supports/teases

"Thank you!"

"Oh, me, please, Zane! The purple for me!"
