"Got a message from the Chief to pass on" Siv answers

"Great," The Varich frowns slightly "I hope she's not trying take on my debt. I am not unsained any longer."

"To be honest, Nadeen, I don't know what's on it"

"Trolls." A shrug.

"Ufh" Nadeen says "There should be an ointment."

Siv says "Well excuse us for caring about lodgemates"

"Pshaw. You like us."

"Well, yes I do, but everyone has flaws" Nadeen says

Dag laughs at that.

Siv rolls her eyes

"Baron Rostislav is very handsomeo, don't you think, Dagmar?" Nadeen asks

"Mmph. I mean, like how sidhe are handsome, I guess."

"Shiny, you know? Hard to look at."

Siv quiets

"Yes, but he has.. poise and comamnd even when saying nothing"

"Mm. I guess."

"I'm not very used to sidhe yet, outside of you."

"And YOU can be hard to look at, sometimes. Like the sun."

"Thank you" Nadeen turns that beautiful gaze to her friend, "I ask though because I think the Countess is trying to matchmake us"

Siv coughs a bit

Dag tenses, jaw jutting a little.

"Oh."

"Relax. I won't do an arranged marriage, I told the Hearth I wouldn't. And i know it upsets you, but it IS nice to know another Varich" She says

Siv looks between the two of them

"Well, I get that. He just seems so old."

"He's a wilder" SHe says

"He is?"

"He's over 18" Siv says

"You need, like, somebody 16. With a car."

"Well, when are you getting your car, Dagmar?" Nadeen asks

BLUSH. "Well, I haven't thought about that yet. Not sixteen til April. And cars are expensive..." A little frown.

"Well, if either of you need a ride let me know" Siv says

"Yeah... thrill ride." Gently teasing tone.

"I'm better than I was, dad was freaking" Siv says

"well, he has ideas about proper driving, I bet."

"Well, yeah, but boy when he needs to drive, he can do it like an ace" Siv says proudly.

"I wonder if I should give Rostislav a gift anyway? His friendship could be valuable." Nadeen ponders back to that

"Well.. good to have friends." Brow furrow. "I'm glad to have Chief for Gwydion questions - sained or not, it's nice."

"Exactly, I suppose I could get him a nice hat, but not sure what color. House colors are so predictable .. I wish I knew his favorite one" Nadeen says "I know an excellet hat maker"

"Burgundy or Deep Blue" Siv says as they walk

"Oh..."

"You wouldn't want house colors as a gift?"

"Well, "I' love them, but I'm the only Varich for miles. He would.." Nadeen stops and looks at Siv "Burgundy or Deep Blue? What makes you think that?"

"Oh.. uhm.." Siv says "Just a guess."

Siv notices the brow "I mean, I think those colors would look good on him right? that's all, fashion coordianting" (bit of a lie)

"Fashion coor..." The sidhe looks at Siv "Siv, you're a very nice woman but you are not what I'd call a Fashionista, not even Seelie"
