A young man takes the tie and makes into the proper noose like shape. He never could get the hang of doing these things while he's WEARING it... but thank goodness he has options. He presses his head against it then... his skull seems to fold in as if it had never developed right. It oozes through until it passes the eyes, the nose, the mouth and finally gets to the neck. with a breath the head expands and solidifies to a normal shape..and voila, he's wearing a tie.
