"Yes?" He answers the door to his study.

Caesar strides in "Hey man, bad time?"

"Caesar!?!?!" August is indeed astounded. "No, I mean, I was just studying... what brings you?" He pauses. "Is it Zara?"

A sense of urgency there.

"Well, actually funny you should mention Zara, but no." He says and wipes his brow

"You ok?"

"Nope. I'm in trouble." He says and rubs at his ass "I got shot"

"What!?!?!" August takes the big man's arm to support him. "Take the cot, I'll get our healers."

"Not with a bullet... a damn cupid shot me with an arrow"

"I need some lore on how to get rid of this. I can't stop thinking about her"

August kind of stumbles and looks with growing dread up at Caesar "Ahhhhh.... did....did you look at someone yet? I mean... did it take effect?"

"OH, Her!" He grins and 'helps' Caesar to a seat. "Who?"

"Why woudl it matter if it's a her or a him?" Confusion " IMean. I lean towards her... and that's my problem man. I got shot... I felt it sink in my ass, looked up, saw this smug little cherub... nothing there, then looked over and saw this sidhe. She was.. I mean, they're all glorious ,right? ALl you guys are. It's just she was.. so very much more and I wanted to propose then and there"

"And then she stepped onto a trod before I could say anyhthing ... and I can't stop THINKING about her"

August nods, then frowns. "Could it be a set up?"

"Well, I had a Dougal stalker once... " He says "But no way would she let me get crazy about another woman"

"Of cpurse not, sorry. We've had some bad actors here recently, a nearly successful kidnapping. Guess I'm jumping at shadows and seeing dark conspiracies in them."

"Well, it's a Chimerical arrow so... let me think."

"Oh bad timing, should I leave? I mean..if you guys are on some kind of lock down..." The big man wipes his brow

"No!" He grins. "Deryn took care of it." Proudly.

"Ha, Sparrow's got serious speed on her. " He says " I mean, she's not as pretty as MY girl, but she's swift"

"Oh god, what am I saying?" A groan

"Ah. This is bad. Good thing you didn't try to follow her into the Dreaming."

Clearly only one person could be prettier than Derynwydd...

"Ok, so we need to break a Chimerical enchantment. I suppose Sir Almandine would be the best one to ask. Shall we?"

"Right, who is Sir Almandine ?" He rises to follow

"Our Seer. Very capable." August leads the way

The door to the seer's workshop/lab sanctum seems to be closed when they get there

August raps at the door politely.

The door opens? "Look it's been a busy..." He eyes the satyr, "Good god man, did you eat a troll? Get in.. get in, we'll fix this, get you shrunk down to normal satyr size"

"No, Sir..." August says politely. "This is his usual size. The challenge is something else."

"Oh, Sir August.. are you sure? " He eyes Caesar

"HE is sure ,'I' am sure. I'm Caesar. And I got my ass shot by a cupid's arrow"

August nods supportively.

"Oh another one... I'm sorry, I'm out of the cure" The seer says

"There's a cure? And you're OUT?" Caesar says "Look man, I don't even know her name and..."

The Eiluned holds up his hand "But she's all you can think about. She haunts your dreams. it doesn't matter what she looks like really, no woman compares. You have to meet her, convince her you were meant to be. YOu want to have children with this woman"

"Sir, what is required for the cure?"

"Well..yeah I..." The satyr looks alarmed 'Oh god. I DO want to have kids with her. Okay.. starting to panic here"

THe Seer hands the huge satyr a paper back "Breath into this." Then turns to August "A black arrow from a cupid chimera shot into his butt when he looks at her again should cancel it out... but if you mean the potion cure? Forget it, far too difficult to get in this season. That's why I Have supplies made during the spring"

Caesar actually blows into the bag

"We don't know where she is, she stepped into the Dreaming. If we could make a Cupid trap.... but aren't they out of season now too?"

The young Sidhe pats the satyr on the back comfortingly.

"Well they had their big rush, some linger... for a week or so it's said but they're darn rare. I stored up because well, it's a Fiona hold. He's the third guy I've met whose been shot. Were you here?" HE asks Caesar

Caesar parts from the bag 'No, firnost gardens"
