"Quite an undertaking ahead..."

August seems busy looking into his tea.

Wings shuffle, awkwardly.

"I, too, regret his pain. His strength in holding on so long....it was truly inspiring."

"yes, " She sighs, "Forgive, I have brought the mood down in the room, it seems. "

"Nothing to forgive." She grins a bit.

"I hope the pie pleases? Mine is fantastic, at least..."

"The apple is, ah, very good too."

Indeed the pie is excellent all around.

the countess wipes her lips, then says "I have enjoyed our conversation, and learned much, but I really should get going."

"Of course. A pleasure meeting you."

August rises, likewise with a napkin-dab, and offers a respectful half-bow, politely.

Coradel stands, smiling. "If you hear of other promising performances, please let us know. This was a wonderful excursion."

A pause, "Should I ascend, I would certainly consider expending some resources to help inspire dreamers by means of space travel. And I would certainly know what group to call on for advice." She returns bows and the like with nods, and says "Come, Davon."

The boggan bows, then withdraws to follow her

August seems startled by that, blinking.

"...space travel." A small shake of her head. "Take care, and thank you."

Coradel also blinks, surprised by that summary declaration. "Well," she says after the two have gone. "She's...interesting."

"She's a cipher," Magnus says, "And learned far more of us than we did of her."

August turns to Coradel. "At the theater, at intermission? Her valet was... signalling her. Tapping her arm, some kind of code I think."

She nods. "I saw that."

He glances at Derynwydd, nods, and back to Coradel.

"Well, that isn't surprising. Little codes are common...though I think between myself and Dolores, it is merely that she is very good at reading my moods, and I tend to follow her nudges."

"She spoke of many lifetimes...so she has taken the Changeling way."

"I... missed that. When?"

"I think...when she spoke of playing roles? And seeing patterns play out over and over again."

"Ah. I figured that was a lot of metaphor."

"She's.... well, all Eiluned are cats."

August nods. "I noticed. I wasn't sure what to think."

"Eiluned don't take the changeling way, at least, not normally" Magnus says

"But, anything is possible."

"Neither do Fiona."

"Well, some of us, but ..point"

"Well, the Lion is left."

"She's also willing to bribe you all. She suspects Earth Runes has influence. Space Travel? did you hear that? I don't think it's just a general 'let's get our dreamer on'" Claire says

She nods. "Politics."

"That did seem a little odd. Space travel."

"Still...moon and stars."

Then a touch more quietly. "The thing I whispered to august...thinking of the Red Planet...it could not be connected with the red trod, could it?"

"I hope Mars isn't...."

August clears his throat.

"Mars is tied to war, strife, madness and fear... by some standards" Magnus says

"Hmph...sounds like Thallain," she murmurs.

"But.... but it's also our closest planet. What's next, right?"

"Actually" Magnus says "I believe Venus is closer, but I maybe wrong on that. "

"We don't talk much about going to Venus. Must be the clouds."

"Let's not assume the worst about any planet eh?" Claire says

"The atmosphere." He corrects slightly, absently. "Toxic. Ammonia."

A sigh. "I have enough difficulty with this one, thank you."

"This one is complicated, yes."
